I was shocked as I watched the barista who made my mocha put a lid on it while whip came out the drink hole spilling over the side and then taking her dirty stained and wet counter top rag to wipe the whip off the spot where I would drink from on the lid that was my drink. Disgusting Dirty and No Way Sanitary. I requested a new lid. No common sense on keeping people free from cross contamination that could cause sickness. It was nasty seeing how dirty her rag was.
Lovely atmosphere to have coffee over meet friends for light meal. Staff are pleasant and coffee is good

Excellent customer service and delicious latte. Jacob and Calle are friendly and knowledgeable and made my first visit to a Dunn Bros Coffee an enjoyable and memorable one!
Update….refills are now free. Considering a Small coffee costs $2.90, it seems reasonable to expect. Nice surroundings, young staff members polite and friendly…older staff not so much, exception of The roaster… he’s a great guy! I would tip if they took the time to fraternize with the customers and maybe go around with a coffee jug seeing if anyone cares for a refill. Perhaps it’s the Covid scare that’s needlessly sterilized peoples behavior. Time to move on. ….😳 We used to go to Dunn every Sunday. Either Hugo or WBL. Never got charged for a coffeee refill. Now they charge$.60. The one in WBL had to close. Replaced by a Caribou and they're packing them in. Dunns obviously doing something wrong.... they could start with free refills on coffee. Update: Hugo Dunn coffee shop very comfortable. Started coming up here recently but things have changed. They raised the price of a medium coffee to $2.90 ( my father would turn over in his grave!) and today they just announced NO REFILS) No.... they’re not kidding. Update…now getting refills!! But sould be a lot more friendly to the customers sitting in their shop… not at all like the small ma and pa coffee shops. The younger staff are friendly …not so much from the older ones… a little cranky and “woke”…. Yikes
Very nice place to meet up with my friend. Employees always greet us with a warm welcome. Service is great. One employee knows what I want to drink without me ordering. When I approach the counter she quickly says "Chamomile Tea, today?". The bagels are fresh & yummy.

Super friendly team always happy to make you an amazing latte or coffee. And the best part is the beans are crazy fresh because the roaster is literally about 10 feet from the cappuccino machine! Love this place!

I never had a burger at a Dunn's brothers. I found out because it is in Festival foods thats why they have grilled items & other foods. I had pumpkin bread it's delicious.
I came here becaus÷ the Dunns on Lake and Lexington was closed. The staff was so helpful and I felt like I had been coming for years!
