Just walked into this store and a large dog (60+ lbs) wearing a collar with i.d. tag was off-leash roaming around the store interacting with customers. WTAF
Pre pay only, pumps don’t explain that. So you start getting gas and the pump turns off after 2 seconds and you repeat. There was another woman who was as irritated as I was who had to go into the store twice. Tobies Station store across the street from now on.
Sad little gas station...
They leave you standing in line while they play on their phone. The coffee is always empty.
Convenient location off the hwy is the best I can say about it . Very dirty. Food racks🤮 the restroom at 9 am looked like a porta potty at a local carnival gross. Dust where chips sit needless to say I didn't grab food here.
The cashier should know there job when it's pre-pay and they let you start trying to pump gas before saying anything
Horrible customer service Tracy the manager needs to get fired! I had problems with the pump and she came out all rude and very rudely said "did you read the screen?" And then I went in the store to talk to a manager low and be hold it was her! And I told her that she didn't need to talk to customers like that she responded "what? Because I told you to read the screen?" I told her you said it in a rude way and I will not be getting gas here. And They don't follow the Minnesota mask mandate at all!!! I didn't feel safe in the store at all!!! Come on people masks saves lives!! I had to go to the minnoco across the street they were a lot nicer there!
I go to kwick trip more then holiday I do however make sure I stop by on Sundays when the younger blond haired girl is in their my daughter absolutely loves her. She talks to her and is super nice to her. Wish I could remember her name
Clean, well stocked. Always an excellent gas and convenience store.
My daughter went in to your hinckley,mn. Bp About 2 or so the man at the counter told my daughter go back and get more money very nasty the way he said it. He needs better training in customer server. And how not to be rude to his customers .
So i was in the car, being impatient enough to watch, cuz I was starving,.. Jay hurry back to pump... And her not being able to pump it. The manager came out and said the pump "timed out". In 7 seconds??? I returned later alone, and questioned the occurrence, and the lead cashier called Jay a liar, that that NEVER happened!!! Quote "THAT'S A LIE!!!" Really?!! I WAS IN THE CAR WITH HER!!! Now who's lying??!!
Pump was prepay. .I paid and went right to the pump. No gas. Went back in asked where my gas was, they said it timed out. How can it time out in 4 seconds. Then I tried again...no gas, went to go back in and manager looking person came out and met me. Said she refunded my gas to my card. How does that help me when it won't go back on my card for 5 days. Horrible service. Won't be back because they can't sell gas correctly

Best gas in Hinckley, beats Kwik Trip's watered down version. Service could be better in the mornings, but the food is good and it's very easy to get in and back on the highway again. Definitely recommended for long trips.

I had a flat tire off the highway and the 2 workers were very helpful and I am forever grateful for their excellent customer service, because of their help I will go out of my way to support Holiday whenever possible.
It's a very nice place to go and get gas you get coupons for $0.05 off a gallon if you look in your paper or that or if you work at the casino you can get $0.05 off a gallon
$1.69 instead of .99 if you fill a coffee cup you bring in. BS Holiday Hinkley!
Busy gas station. Lots of products. Great coffee and cappuccino selection.
