I come to this Caribou location almost daily and I have never been disappointed in their service. They’re always prompt when they can be. I work in the food/beverage industry so I understand that places can get swamped and busy, but even then they are smiling and have great customer service.

Best experience at a caribou ever! This really cute, sweet girl named Madison just does the best job!🥰 The restrooms were super clean 🧼 and the best inside was nice and quite! Would recommend stopping by!

I usually order ahead and walk-in to pick up. During morning rush hour this location gets pretty backed up in the drive thru. They do keep a pretty good flow moving traffic through inside and outside with how busy it gets. Service has been great when I go in to pick up my order.

Good stuff. I don't go in, so I can't comment on that portion. But the service always is cordial and the coffee is true to the caribou taste.

The staff here is always so kind to me! At other Caribous, the staff can tend to be a bit rude, but here I’m always met with a warm welcome. I’m not sure how this location finds such amazing employees, but thank you to everyone in there!

5 stars to the guy running drive thru bc he was very nice and sweet, but whoever the young girl on the coffee making line is was rude and did not make coffee well. We are frequent customers to Caribou and today we went through drive through and asked for a kids temp hot chocolate, caramel crafted press and a nitro high rise. We got the drinks and clearly the hot chocolate was not kids temp. I took a sip and it was hot for me and my husband could feel heat through the cup.. we asked if we could get ice and the lady in line crankily said “Tell them that we made it kids temp and it’s cooler than the regular “ as if we have never ordered a kids temp drink from them🙄 we finally take drinks of our beverages and they barely resemble the flavor of coffee more like watered down milk but we were too late to turn back to change and honestly I wouldn’t want to deal with her anyway. We didn’t appreciate the rudeness over ice from her.. we knew it was too hot for our Kid. Anyway, didn’t appreciate her customer service and lack of flavor in our drinks. Please know the young man in the drive thru was polite, sweet and amazing customer service skills. It was just the lady who made our drinks that was not pleasant nor our drink flavors. This was the Hastings, MN location

I like Caribou coffee. They have great coffee and sometimes I buy the beans to make coffee at home. But the employees not so much. I've been going to different locations of Caribou for years. From downtown Minneapolis to South Dale to Hastings and all have one thing in common. Unpleasant staff. Let me change that up a bit. Most of the employees. Perhaps that's a requirement. Anyway if I get a particularly nasty one I hit Starbucks for a month or 2.

We have been loyal Caribou customers since Caribou came to Hastings. We spend a minimum of $12 - FOR COFFEE - almost every day. One of the reasons we have been loyal is because our dogs look forward to a trip to Caribou so they can get a treat. One simple dog treat has generated thousands of dollars in sales from our household alone. We have remained loyal even when Caribou’s hours have been unpredictable due to Covid and coverage challenges and have defended them when it seems as though the community has not. But no more. A couple of weeks ago Caribou stopped giving dog treats but still gave out Pup Cups. Okay, still a “reward” for our loyalty. But just today, we went through the drive through and were told “we no longer will be doing dog treats” and with that, the window was slammed shut. Message received. No more dog treats. Cool. But in turn, we too are done with this Caribou. This may seem like a petty reason to be done with this coffee shop but it has been a fun part of our daily routine for years. Such a short-sighted decision on this local Caribou’s part will result in hundreds of dollars of lost revenue. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that will love our business. Time to check them out!

This Hastings, MN store does not have online ordering. The lines are always really really long here. There is a dedicated parking spot for online orders and in numerous places they claim that you can skip the line if you use their mobile app to order ahead. You can't skip the really long line by ordering ahead like they advertise. They need to remove this signage and free up a parking spot. Other neighboring businesses like Great Clips and the UPS Store could use an extra spot that Caribou is claiming for mobile orders. As previous reviews indicate, online ordering has been unavailable for at least 3 months, possibly more despite all the on-site advertising. Also when I visited most recently they were all out of coffee. How is a coffee shop out of coffee? It's called Caribou Coffee.
