Smoothies and baked goods were ok. Don't recommend "to go." Our muffins were completely crumbled by the way they were put into their bags. Watched my muffin get squished to be fit into the bag. Wish we had been told the whipped topping was an extra cost. I know others love this place, so maybe it was just a bad day.

This place might be good for coffee, baked goods (muffins), & gelato, but for hot plates, my experience wasn't good. I got the spinach quiche & roasted root veggies. Both tasted like warmed up leftovers. The root veggies were dry & rubbery. My friend's cold sandwich looked good though. I'd probably order a sandwich next time. 👍The coffee drink was good.

Stopped in for the first time Sunday around 11:30. I got a frappe and my daughter got an ice latte. Both delicious. The lemon tart was also really good. We didn't try any hot food as it was just a coffee stop, but the menu looked good. Also, kudos for offering sugar free oat and almond milk! Most places use the ones loaded with sugar. Service was quick and friendly.

Great place! Friendly people. Fast service. Very clean and comfortable. Soft relaxing music. Kid friendly though there are real plants here. Well cared for plants too. Wheelchair accessible. Reasonable prices. A cute little shop too. We had white hot chocolate which was amazing! And I had a cucumber, green olive cream cheese and tomato panini. Excellent!! There's street parking. And gluten free options. They also will go out of their way for nut allergies too!!

Amazing gluten free comfort food is hard to find around here. Brewed Awakenings has wonderful gluten free options. If you're struggling with Celiac disease this is THE PLACE to check out!

This place was so cool 😎 the coffee was great, and the atmosphere was nice! Check out the bathrooms! They're artistically designed in a way you'd never expect. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance in general is very inviting. I only had coffee, but their food selections all looked appetizing. If I'm ever going through again, I'll definitely stop by.

Good ideas for dishes, very average execution. No seasoning, really poor service.

This is a nice place run by nice people, they started putting some kind of generic tasting chocolate drizzle on the tiramisu which kinda ruined it, it was some of the best I'd had up until then, I hope they take it back off. Good coffee, a little on the fruity side, but still chocolaty, so it's the best of both worlds. Would recommend.

Food and drinks are excellent. Many sustainably sourced and organic ingredients. A few good vegan options but combining with Bixbys will hopefully bring more.

Disclaimer: I did not come here for the coffee, I wanted a healthy option for lunch so I stopped by, and purchased a quiche dish. I was a bit disappointed with the result after all the reviews were so positive. The dish was actually nuked, not fresh. The microwave dried out the meal and It was very chewy. I’m all about supporting local flare however I’m guessing I caught them on an off day…?

Yummy homemade food 💜 ham and turkey in our sandwiches were the really deal, and thickly sliced!

The staff deserve all five stars here - so very friendly and accommodating. I had the banana split granola yogurt bowl, the frittata, and their house brewed coffee. The frittata was not my thing (too much spinach, and I usually love spinach), the banana split bowl was very yummy (yes I said yummy), and the coffee was perhaps the best brewed coffee I’ve ever had - in my enter life. I would love to go back and try some of their baked goods and get another cup of coffee!

Brewed is our FAVORITE place in town for food, coffee, gelato, and customer service! Everything they offer is extremely high quality and delicious! Homemade, organic, local ingredients, and fresh. You won't find better customer service, food, or coffee anywhere in northern Minnesota, quite like Brewed. They always accommodate our gluten and dairy free request and I'm confident they know their ingredients. 10/10 recommend!

Sampled the Banana.Split for perfect grelin control, as I completed a sketch of the new County Government Facility.

Colorful, artsy coffee shop with great food options, including lots of gluten free items. The coffee was really good; as well as the gluten free banana bread. A fun stop on an Up North trip!
