We ordered iced coffee. It was warm. Very little ice and it melted in the warm coffee making the coffee weak and watery. I have never been disappointed before, but yesterday's coffee was a waste of $20. It was gross.
Was not given chance for reward perks. I get it, they were busy, but felt like I was intruding and a bother.
The young girl that took our order must have been brand new cause she totally messed it up we where missed when people came in after us got there drinks first.

Very distasteful service at times. Ive been handed frozen breakfast sandwiches, and then snarled at when asking the individual if possible to reheat a bit more. This has happened more frequently. I'd never had a problem before... attitude from workers is just so disappointing.
The only thing I don't like is alot of times they forget to ask about Caribou perks and if I happen to forget also then I lost my points towards drink upgrades n such which I really do like about our visits. 😂👌 With two kids I've managed to get addicted to Caribou, they'd rather that then dairy Queen so that's a win for mom!
Good strong coffee, I like it, makes me feel good.

The girl was not very friendly didn’t ask for perk phone number order was right and very good there was a fly on one of the donuts I told her it seemed like it was a lot of work to remove it
I ordered a couple items from menu which I get it they were busy so it took a while to get our items. When I went to pay for our order we only got one thing. The worker said they're computer has been deleting items off orders and was really nice about fixing my order. But what I don't not understand is how the biscuit egg and cheese sandwich we ordered was cold. The egg still literally had ice crystals on it and was cold to the touch. I understand computers don't always work and you can't control wait time but come on the food has to be pre-made. How you not heat the egg but everything used to make it🤨
I recently went on August 2nd to get a drink as I was going through town and I ordered a spicy pineapple sparkling drink. I normally get these at other caribou’s and they are always good. I was a few minutes down the road when I took a sip and here I think they dumped the whole bottle of concentrate in this drink. I almost threw up it was soooooo strong! If I was still in town I would have gone back. My husband saw it sitting on the counter when he came home and took a big drink before I could tell him not to and his eyes started to water it was so bad. I would advise to test the drink before you drive off! Very disappointed. Last time I was at this caribou they were out of 2 different types of drinks I wanted too. Hopefully next time it’s better.
I will always rate Caribou Coffee at five stars!!

Service is usually really great & the drinks are wonderful Edit: Employees seem to be undertrained lately. Sat in the drive through for almost 15 minutes today, which wasn't a huge deal. But I ordered and paid for a large drink and was given a medium. All I got was a sorry, no offer to remake the drink or to compensate me for the difference in price.
