Great service as always for the owners! If your stuck on a flavor, they make excellent suggestions. Once you try one you'll want to try more. They have plenty of flavor combos for your shake. Have a pick me up of needed energy from a energy tea drink in many flavors also. You can find a list on their facebook page. I am always getting more energy and better muscle rebuilding after a stop.
Pleasantly surprised!! First timer!! Stopped in to pick up my daughters order - decided to get a Wild Berry shake for myself, it was delicious!! Blended perfectly smooth almost creamy & a great flavor!! Jessica was very friendly to me as a newbie to the meal replacement shake world!! I will be back !! Shop was super clean and modern
This place not only has amazing shakes but is run by wonderful/knowledgeable people. I stopped in (just wanting to see inside) and was really pleasantly suprised! Got the recovery shake - flavor and consistency was perfect. It also came with a aloe base mixed beverage that helps with digestion and that's so unique and cool. Definitely coming back here soon!

my friend and i just stopped by here today and this place is AMAZING!! i’m usually on the edge when it comes to nutrition places like this due to the shakes having a “powdery/sandy” protein taste to them, but this place actually makes good shakes and is a little cheaper than other shops. plus, the employees have really good customer service and made me feel MUCH better when selecting my shake (i’m currently trying to lose weight and was worried about the cals and macros). i’m for sure coming back and i will be telling my friends about this shop!!!

This stuff is delicious. I had the Chunky Monkey, which tasted sinful even though it nutritious and great for recovery. Complementary tea makes the price point well worth it. Staff is super knowledgeable and will help you make the right selection.
