Fast, friendly, and quality coffee on the East Side. Free Wi-Fi, good and clean environment. No complaints! Breakfast and lunch is always a winner, too.

Great coffee, great service. I had a slice of pumpkin bread and it was delicious. I sat on the couch to read a book and enjoyed myself.

We stopped here because we wanted a dog friendly patio and stayed because the drinks were delicious. I didn’t know a blended chai would taste so amazing and they have coffee shakes as well! The service was good since the two baristas were slammed right after we arrived and they were very friendly. Lasting impression: they really have thought of everything (see picture).

This is like the coffee shop of opposites, or something. Ordered a ZU and a Hank for breakfast, received a Walter and an Elvis. Asked for a hot 16 oz Americano, which came iced. The only thing they got right was the small Italian sofa, which was bomb and the reason for the second star. On top of all this, they don’t accept cash over $20. It’s like they are trying to be the coffee shop you love to hate. I’ll pass from now on and visit the Hallock location instead. At least some sort of effort is put forth up there. East Grand’s location is a coffee shop for nihilists and I’m afraid that’s not my cup of tea. 😉

Wow, what a great little corner coffee shop! Each booth was fairly private and gave you plenty of space to work quietly or sit down with friends for coffee. The seating areas offered power outlets for their quests to charge their devices while they enjoyed themselves. The coffee and their cookies are phenomenal.

Just a 5 minute walk from Sherlock Park camp grounds, I had a delicious everything bagel bacon/egg/cheese sandwich with their special sauce, and an iced pistachio latte. My son had a very refreshing Strawberry smoothie with rustic sourdough toast and jam, and my daughter had a hot chocolate with sugar/cinnamon oatmeal. Friendly staff and nice looking seating. Patio seating outside as well. Will be going back!

I keep returning to this place for the service and location! Always really friendly & welcoming staff. Coffee and tea is good. However, I am always a little disappointed by the food. I wish there was a vegetarian breakfast sandwich!!! I usually order just a bagel sandwich with egg and cheese, which is pretty decent, but having to pay equal price for the sandwiches with meat as when you take off the meat is disappointing. It would be really nice to have the possibility to sub out the meat for a meat alternative. Also, I love to tuck into their nice booths to do some work on my laptop but it's a little frustrating that - I do sympathize with them on this, but - their wifi never seems to be working! They have a lovely patio space but I never see many people using it. If they had some shade umbrellas, the space would be stellar! Having some shade umbrellas would make it a lot cozier and easier to have to option to sit out in the shade with a laptop or a book in the summer or close them to get a little sun too! A lovely little place with room for improvement to be even better :)

The employees here are usually pretty awesome. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is right. This is the 2nd best looking coffee shop in the area, to me, but has among the best employees. I like the fact that it has a station to add sugar and creamer on your own, as opposed to having the baristas do it, like Starsucks does.

Enjoyed my latte with lavender. Located close to the river. Lots of booths inside and there is a couch or chairs with books and games.
