Coffee shop for the green-purple-pink haired types and other snobby Iiberals. The coffee tastes like lysol and is more expensive than Starbucks which didn't think was possible. It's also not locally owned like it claims. The brand is owned by some Indian 'investor' out in California now. Know where your money goes.
Extremely overpriced, I ordered a Tuscan Turkey and a Medium Mocha and my total came to $20. Otherwise the baristas have been very friendly. It's not the same as it used to be.
I took about 30sec to min to look over the menu, when I pulled up the drive thru barista didn't see the window was a crack open and I heard he telling a co-worker " why does it take 5 min to order, You should know what you want before you order" . I didn't take 5 minutes to order and maybe it took a minute at most. I felt she was retaliating and took quite some time to bring up my food to give me the wrong order, wrong sandwich and drink.
Hates Military, Hates Veterans Don't come here unless you're Fascist Super Lib Maybe don't have kids working the register. Also, the manager treats military Veterans with massive disrespect.
I really enjoyed my experience at this Dunn Brothers. The staff really made the difference in my experience and is what set's this Dunn Brothers apart. I really appreciated Everette for how kind he was to me and my group! It really made me feel like I was in a small coffee shop and made me want to return!
Been going here forever. Love the coffee. However the service has gotten almost unbearably slow and offen riddled with errors so much so that our family has moved on to other chains.
Honestly I love Dunn Brothers and generally look forward to going here. I love their gluten free English muffins - one of my favorite breakfasts. But when I came here today and ordered it and a nirvana coffee they were out of the muffins and didn't tell me and instead served me something I didn't order and wouldn't want. Also they completely forgot to make my coffee and after waiting till we were done I finally had to go up and ask. Really disappointed.
Clean and friendly. Yummy coffee!
Amazing breakfast sandwiches! Made to order, the biscuits are delicious and they are pretty big! Service with a smile and great coffee too.
Friendly staff, but have visited the drive thru three times in the past couple months and each time my order has been messed up (wrong milk, hot instead of iced, etc.).
I like coming here on the weekends to study. It's never too busy. I don't recommend the chocolate croissant 😣. Chocolate was way too sweet and had seized. The coffee is ok.
Friendly staff and great patio to enjoy your morning coffee.
The baristas here are always friendly, speedy and efficient. The coffee is always delicious 😋
When I'm about to go on a vacation and looking forward to a coffee before we head out, I walk in and see the entire staff in masks. Were they exposed? Are they all sick?? I turned around and walked out, they will not get me sick before my good time.
I ordered online for a specific pickup time. Items were not ready and the staff was not helpful. I was told to wait. Fine. When staff asked what I was waiting for, they became rude. Drinks were the wrong size. Food order was handed to me incomplete. I will definitely stick with Starbucks for all future coffee and breakfast needs/wants.
Great customer service!! And also coffee and muffins
Dunn Bros has the best coffee in the twin cities, in my opinion. I'm especially fond of Dunn Bros' cold press coffee, and I frequently fill up my growlers at Eagan. This shop has great service and quality.
I'm shocked that this place is so highly ranked. Many years ago, I stopped at a Dunn Brothers in Minneapolis and my last sip of coffee was a mouthful of coffee grounds. If that's never happened to you, it's really gross. Because of this, I didn't go back to Dunn Brothers in over 10 years. I'm a Starbuck's girl, but a good friend of mine wanted to go to Dunn Brothers recently, so I agreed. I ordered a simple iced coffee and was shocked at how bitter it tasted. I only took a few sips and had to throw it away. I can make much better coffee at home.
Excellent neighborhood coffee shop. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Best Coffee shop, hands down! Every employee is lovely and super helpful. They have the greatest light and medium roasts. They also have great americanos both hot and iced. They have board games you can play while your there. They display art from local artists. They have a great little outdoor space. Their drive-thru is always quick! Almost forgot they have delicious avocado toast!
