I brought the husband and the kids to the coffee house today so they could see how delicious it is and boy oh boy did they get VIP treatment! My kids walked in before us, and with a form of payment the barista could not accept and so to resolve the issue so the boys didn’t have to walk out without their treat SHE PAID FOR THEIR DRINKS. How amazing is this incredible young lady?! I walked in and my oldest was so happy and kinda sad at the same time, and told me about the situation, and as a mom I was just so grateful. Not that many people have patience for kids these days but this young lady went out of her way to show these kiddos that kindness will always win. Thank you for the best life lesson for these young and growing humans, I am SO PROUD to be your customer 💕
Came here specifically after hearing about their coffee flights. The concept is so unique and so delicious! I havent heard about it anywhere else in the Fargo/Moorhead area. The coffee flight comes with roasted rail, strawberry shortcake, nitro and sour gummy italian soda. I had my nitro added with marshmallow flavoring and also had all of them made with soy milk... DELICIOUS! The staff were also very helpful and so kind!! Perfect date idea, friend get-together, or a treat while you work on a project (theres wifi)!
Coffee is delicious, this is my third time this week coming to this coffee shop. Today unfortunately was not the best experience. Ordered two blended drinks and waited 23 minutes for them, went up to the counter numerous times to look for our drinks and were never asked if we were waiting for something. I had to intervene in get a lady's attention in order to address that our drinks were still not ready as customers that came after us were getting their drinks and leaving. I'll definitely still be back again, this time I'll probably stick to the drive-thru for a faster more convenient way to get my coffee when I come.
Great small town coffee shop. Sits in the "shopping district" of Dilworth next to a home and decor shop and Butcher Block. There are a handful of games like Ticket to Ride, Uno and dice or kids books with a kid-size table available. A new favorite is the chess table with two comfy chairs. There is one couch and a few tables that sit 4 people and one bar height table. The few times I've been, there are meetings with friends. I like taking my younger kids to read or play games while enjoying their seasonal lattes and tea. The kids like the Hot Chocolate Freeze. If I get up early enough before work, I like to pick up a coffee in the drive-through.
As someone who has worked at Roasted Rail Coffee House, I can say with confidence that it's an amazing place to work. From the moment I started, I was welcomed into a supportive and fun team that made me feel like I was part of the family. Their prices are amazing and the coffee is outstanding!
Heading out of town, I always like to utilize local coffee spots. I’ve tried to like them but the espresso shots are so weak. I have 10+ years of barista experience.. I would recommend adjusting the grind on your espresso and/or depending on the machine teaching employees how to pull consistent shots. Unfortunately, I will go elsewhere.

The Roasted Rail now has kombucha on tap. Check it out. Filled with probiotics and so effervescent.
I've always enjoyed getting their Mocha but the last two times I've been there, they made something else. I called to talk to them about it and their going to talk to their employees. Thank you for messing up two of my orders that I paid for but threw away! Will not be going here again and would not recommend it.
The drinks here are delicious and the inside atmosphere is great. There's kids books and some games to play so it'll be a great spot to hang out with the fam. The baristas are all so nice and upbeat!

this place is kinda neat. it has cool stuff inside. also, the workers are very nice. the coffee's good and reasonably priced. 10/10, would visit again.

Since moving to the area, we have frequently gone to Roasted Rail. I would say the coffee has always been EXCELLENT, and it's probably one of our favorite places, but the wait times have grown a little frustrating that we may reconsider future visits. We're always understanding, and the staff is super great, but there hasn't been a time, even for the drive through, that we haven't waited AT MINIMUM 10-15 minutes for 2 drinks, and that could be even if we are the only ones in the drive through. Other than the constant wait, this place is a 5-star coffee shop, for sure!
I go to this place whenever I leave Moorhead to go east. They have really good coffee drinks but the service always takes a long time.
A locally owned coffee shop that is simply delicious and never disappoints! Anytime we are going to the FM area or coming back from it, we stop there to grab a coffee or latte for the drive back home. Staff is always very positive and curteous, which is another reason for stopping. Located right off Highway 10 coming in next to some other cool shops worth checking out!
