While I've only seen one movie at The Comet, it is a great store! Whenever I am in town, my family and I love to stop in and see what they have to offer!

What a special place Cook Theater is. Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first visited the establishment and I was pleasantly surprised once the movie started. There were no boring drawn out previews and they went straight to the movie. Get out there & support this gem of a landmark.

What a thrill! Had never been to Minnesota and came across this Gem. The COMET THEATER in Clark MN. We loved it so much. Would recommend it with 5 stars. It's not only a theater, but a boutique and coffee house! Don't Miss!!!♥️

Quirky little shop as you enter the lobby. Fun shopping here. They still use this theater for movies on certain dates.

Been going there my whole life. Love it and the versatility it has to do more than show movies!

Quaint, cozy, and unique. One of our favorite places to visit when we make our annual trip to Lake Vermilion!

This is what I believe to be the oldest continuously own open movie theater in the state of Minnesota it is small but has a good screen excellent popcorn and air condition is natural if you know what I mean

Here's the deal with the Comet - it is a super charming, historic and perfectly quirky movie theater that we never miss a chance to go to when we're at Lake Vermillion. Only one show a night. DON'T BE FOOLED IF IT LOOKS CLOSED the sign on the front is only for the gift shop, the movies enter on the side. All seats are fine, popcorn is made fresh, it's a great setup. You should go.

Movies are highly addicting. People quit their jobs to watch movies full time. These people usually have degrees in English.

Fun place. Digital sound and picture. Seating could use an update, but overall for an older theater it's a very good experience.

Pros: Cheap price, close to where I live, kids are free Cons: Too much junk inside but really.. when the movie starts you don't care.
