Working at caribou was a great experience although I wasn’t very good at a lot of things. I mostly just made the coffee and took orders. Was a great work experience. They provide great customer service.

I love Caribou more than Starbucks! My favorite kind is ice matcha latte with coconut milk, never disappointed! But how about the cake pops? Expensive! $3 for a tiny cakes pop lol spent $12 for 4, I was expected better than that!

What a nice surprise to find a new Caribou Coffee located inside the local supermarket. Very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. I would highly recommend the chicken chorizo burrito! My wife enjoyed the iced blacked tea with mango/raspberry. Dine-in and drive thru options. Very comfortable chairs by the fireplace 🔥 I’m sure we will be back!

Very frustrated. I go to the caribou coffee regularly and I go on the app and purchase my drink ahead of time so it is ready. Even though it says they’re open 7 days a week, I get there this morning and they decided to be closed for the day but the app is still running so it just stole my money and I have no way of getting my coffee. If your going to close for a day you have to shut the app down! Also it has been 2 months since I was able to select almond milk or oat milk even though they have it. Also there is supposed to be a drive through but they decided to shut it down for the last month for whatever reason. Very Inconvenient! How about you pay ppl so that you have employees. The way this caribou is ran in baudette, MN is a joke! You just lost an everyday customer. Thanks for stealing my money!

Employees need a serious attitude adjustment. When ordering my coffee I express to the barista "jasmine" that I have a free size upgrade and would like to use it. She tells me I must do a mobile order to use rewards. No big deal, I place a mobile order. She precedes to make my drink, omitting the size upgrade. I say something and she laughs and says "oh well." Honestly New Moon has much better customer service and that's where I will be taking my business from now on.

Really unimpressed with the level of customer service and accuracy of orders at this location. The manager and employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing and are generally unfriendly and seem confused. They made my drink incorrectly and then the manager made a face when I asked her to please remake it how I had ordered it. There was literally no coffee in my mocha. Not willing to pay $5+ for a drink that isn’t how I ordered it and shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m in the wrong when it was made incorrectly.

I'll start with these few things; I love Caribou as a franchise, the locals working here are Great and it's definitely a pretty location. BUT I will never use my card through here again and am not impressed with the managers level of customer service. I was double charged for my coffee order, went in to try and have it fixed to be told that they won't refund me and I'll have to dispute it with my bank. The employee who took my issue was very apologetic and called the manager who told her what I previously mentioned and that she "didn't care".
