I was very disappointed when the lady taking our order was rushing us and said our total before we were done ordering. Didn’t ask for our reciept and we went in to find out they had receipts still coming out of the machine. There were at least 20 receipts still together
Always out of breakfast sandwiches, doesn't matter the time of day. Coffee is good though.

Delicious coffee, friendly staff and omg the aroma... make it into a candle and I will buy it lol. Only found one coffee I didn't like and of course I don't remember what its called but it was like iced black coffee with vanilla syrup.... no bueno! Lol
Very impressed with the breakfast sandwich I got. Matter of fact I have gone back twice since just because of the sandwich. I've been several places and they have it right. The whole thing was like something homemade, fresh, hot and delicious.

Worst experience at a Caribou. The young lady working rushed me through my order in the drive through. She spoke so fast I could not understand what she was saying. When we got to the window we received the same, she didn’t even great us, just gave me my total and grabbed my card, shut the window, came back handed my card back without saying a word, handed our drinks out aggressively. I asked for pup cups for our dogs and she says, “We don’t do that anymore but here’s some dog treats.” I asked why because every other Caribou we have been to gives the dogs cups of whip cream, even McDonald’s does that! And our dogs look forward to that every time. It was a huge disappointment and not to mention her attitude and tone was very rude. I was unable to read her name tag as she moved so fast and spent little time tending to us customers. I was not pleased with the customer service we received at this particular location. Even Albert Lea and Owatonna hand out pup cups with dog treats, Albert Lea charges. My drink also had very little whip cream, a pup cups worth. Such a disappointment after a long day of work, school, and kids. Sometimes it’s these little moments in our days that make huge differences.
Coffee tastes alright. They need to learn how to blend drinks. Always massive chunks of ice.
Been to this location via drive-thru three times and two of those times were not that great. Most recent visit on 9/24/2022 I was trying to order for two adults and two children. The person taking my order was rushing us and kept cutting me off when I tried to answer. They weren't busy at all and when I got to the window, there were two employees just hanging around with no other customers to serve. This was a very unpleasant experience and makes us all regret paying the premium prices for their drinks. We had a very similar experience during the prior visit too.
So glad I tried this coffee spot in Austin. We ordered matcha ice, pumpkin ice pressed and strawberry mango smoothie. All the drinks were really tasty and refreshing. Definitely will try again the pumpkin ice pressed.

Coffee is usually watered down. Takes forever to get through the line as well. Having experience in coffee it was pretty disappointing, it being one of the only coffee shops in Austin.
Hands down the sexiest Caribou Coffee in all of SE Minnesota.
Delightful/helpful staff! I can’t have caffeine or dairy right now, so they helped me find alternatives for a drink that was still delicious. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop as I sat and drank it. Top notch place 👌🏽
