This Caribou nailed their location. This place is always a bit busy, both the drive-thu and seating. They could easily expand into the empty storefront next door and still fill the place with people studying, conducting business and locals visiting over coffee. For fastest service here, always order ahead on the app and walk in to get your order. Staff moves quick and service is as quick as can be at such a busy location. Food and beverages are as expected for the franchise, hot or cold as required, nothing above and beyond. Staff is always friendly to me.
Going here in the morning, especially between 7-8a is the absolute best. Rarely a wait because people are too lazy to not use a drive through
i love this caribou so much :)) i come every monday morning and the workers are the sweetest. they work very hard and i appreciate it!
This location is pretty nice. The service is always pretty quick and the drinks are good. I would state one thing that bothers me is the fact that it doesn’t have a drive-through, but the Starbucks near it does. I don’t even like Starbucks, but personally in the middle of winter I don’t feel like getting out of my car to go into a business to get coffee on my way to work. Personally, it makes this location an inconvenience for me and for others that I know. I understand that not all locations can have a drive-thru’s Apple Valley has the highest volume of restaurants with drive-thru’s.

I’m a regular at caribou. Today… they had it all wrong. A man came in and accidentally grabbed my drink. Walked out the door took a sip of my coffee, came back in. Said this isn’t my order- gave it back to the girl. She put on a new lid and yelled out my name. Not knowing I was watching the whole thing. Hold up you’re kidding me right.. I said ummm no…. I’ll take a new one. How disgusting. Terrible service. Super unhappy

Great coffee and they sell whole beans. They will grind beans for you at no extra cost.
See what she's doing? Steaming more milk ... What's happening is I've ordered an extra large drink - something new. And since each drink has a certain amount of milk and coffee and chocolate there is an innate ability one hones to get that right to ensure that the customers ordered beverage is ultimately correct. SHE DID PERFECTLY. Even the amount needed to top off the beverage was very minimal yet she still poured the correct amount to steam it so that she wouldn't burn it. PERFECT. I try to be as objective as possible when it comes to Caribou but having worked for them in the ancient past I'm extremely critical of everything they do - the cost is a driving factor as well. Besides I get to celebrate far more WINS like this location's committed barista and gregarious & engaging order taker. FINAL ANALYSIS: Excellent Location - HIGHLY recommend
Caribou always has good coffee. It wasn't too busy, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Fix your lids so they don’t leak on people ! They’re design is terrible and then you took straws away so every time you try and take a sip the leaky lid drips on you! Fix it !!!
This coffee shop is run of the mil. The quality of menu items was perfectly fine, as was customer service, no complaints there. That being said my experience with the clientele was most unpleasant. I was stared and even glared at from the time I walked in until I sat down. I cannot think of why, but know it was uncalled for. Aside from feeling like a public spectacle, the awkwardness, tension and discomfort, my night was ruined. I suffer from severe social anxiety and must say I will never be returning to this location.
My go to coffee chain. Never settle for starbucks when theres a caribou nearby
Try the turtle mocha and the lumberjack sandwich --- I'm still craving both and it's been a week.
My drink didn't have a lid and too much whip cream, on it and they didn't have one, and didn't ween to care.
Very grateful of my experience the other day!! If you havent tried Chai Tea this is the place to go, awesome team they made to my liking in the back of the scenes, trying to lay off coffee & being lactose. 1st time trying this amazing drink Yum 😋Love it cant wait to get my next one! 🍵 ❤️ Thank you Caribou Staff..
