They got a remodel inside clean inside
One cashier in specific needs some retraining on selling tobacco and customer service in general. She isn’t doing her job what she’s doing is harassing customers that smoke. There is no reason to be IDing people who are easily in their 50’s or in my case IDing someone for years at least every other day even if i'm a younger person you know i’m of age i haven’t gotten any younger over the years i sure wish i did. Seems like she doesn’t appreciate your regulars would rather chase them away. All other employees are great though this one is just obviously never happy to be there and takes it out on customers.
I generally only stop in to fill up my car tank and get a beverage but always very clean in the coffee and soda area. I appreciate the friendly staff.
I went in for a personal pan God father's pizza and was told they only have them at lunchtime and I should try back tomorrow, lazy lazy lazy, Albany needs a kwik trip!!!

Just stopped during our Christmas Day trip from Mandan to Madison. The weather was tenuous so we were in need of a stretch break and breath of fresh air. We needed to write this review because the two ladies working were so helpful, cheery, and sweet to our kiddos.Thanks for spreading your joy!…especially during a Christmas shift!
Very helpful and friendly. Cheri sat with my uncle after he fell. Showed a lot of concern for his well being. Thank you!

Sadly, staff is unfriendly and frankly quite rude. Greedy about not using coupons that don't benefit their branch. Disappointing. They give the Holiday chain a bad reputation.
Dirty men's restroom, no towels. Hot drink bar not working. Won't be stopping again.
During this time of the virus concerns there was no sanitizer at the counter. Everyone uses the same pen and credit card check out. When I asked why they had no sanitizer the clerk was a very indifferent and told me they just didn't have any. That is contrary to most businesses and other holiday stations. She made sure she was taken care of with her gloves and everything she needed to protect yourself but didn't seem to care about anyone else. The station at self is clean and prices are good. The issue I have is with the help that just didn't seem to care.
Clean Holiday has station. Limited in terms of hot food for a convenience store. Fuel prices were on par with the surrounding area. The rest rooms were very clean. The store itself was clean. Prices on snacks and soda were average for a convenience store.
Terrible men's restroom. Urinal is next to the sink and has a divider that is not remotely tall enough to provide privacy. An awkward experience for both sides. Is this how you treat your male customers and employees?! I added a photograph of the situation, so check the photos section. I will update my rating and remove the photo (if possible), if management is able to provide photographic proof that the situation has been rectified.
There after 4:00 pm 1/2 price donuts are NOT🤤😲 half priced ... scam to make you think🤔 there half price when not at check out rings up HIGHER,🤤😲 HUMMMM🤔🤔
"I can't give any information over the phone." - Response I got from the store manager. I asked for the prices on gas. 6 months ago I asked what the prices on a bag of ice was and the same response. You have to stop in, can't give that over the phone. Ridiculous!
Horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing. I was rudely told to watch youtube vids IF I wanted help. Maybe your cashiers need training from youtube. Will never come here again.
Was stranded there waiting for a tow truck as my car broke down. The two guys working were really understanding and tried to help. Friendly customer service.
