Fast and courteous! Want to update my review. Good customer service. I don't get to go probably as much as I like and the service is consistent no matter what!!! Plus it's on the high end of quality with the most reasonable $$. My only wish is that all the coffee businesses stayed open a little later. ☕☕☕
My 1st visit...very helpful service. Clean and inviting. Update... my favorite coffee place. Staff are always pleasant 😊. I've tried other chains and feel like a $$ to them. Never here.
Are we on a sour cream shortage? I ask this because every time I ask for sour cream on both sides I get a thin layer of it. Why. I've even asked for a sour cream on both sides and the guy was like oh you want extra know I want it on both sides. And I say this because I used to go there all the time and they never done this before but the last month .

I love this coffee! The cashier was very nice. I had to dig through my purse and give him some change for a tip, because there is no card tipping. Please get card tipping? No one carries cash anymore. And they deserve tips😊
I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Biggby! The staff is delightful and gets my name right 95% of the time. The stores are usually too small to hang out and do your computer things. The breakfast sandwich - the bragel - is hearty and yummy. I can only eat half at a time. There's a reward program. It gives you a 12th free drink and something with every so many whole/ground beans. I would like it to be more often but that's capitalism for ya. Tip: check out the website for the seasonal drinks and TOP SECRET menu. 😁 (note to this location: Open earlier! I often miss out on my mallow mallow because you don't open until 7am. There's college kids in Ypsi. Use them! Also, build a drive thru. You are on the end of the building. Make it happen! ❤️)
Love this place! But please add tip option on the card reader!!! Also get the plant based meat options that other locations have
Usually when I write reviews, it's to warn people but I have to write one for this Biggby location because it is the best I've been to, like, EVER. As a Biggby enthusiast, I take my coffee from there pretty seriously. I have been visiting 3-4x/week for the past 3 years. The staff are ALL amazing. So professional, kind, and efficient. The drinks are always made consistently well. How often do you go to a coffee shop chain and the drink is always made the same? Exactly! I just have to brag because I'm never disappointed here.

I visit the biggy coffee on Washtenaw maybe every two days. they’re always on top of it. I do not remember her name and I’m sorry for that. She has blonde hair and she’s always working the cashier. She is phenomenal. She is so sweet always welcoming has great drinks suggestions? I just can’t say enough about her. She makes the whole place light up And I wish that everybody had employees like that because it would make getting up early in the morning and going to work so much better so thank you strawberry boba with sweet cream
Biggby has the best coffee. The coffee is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also make smoothies, have other drinks, and have some food choices.
As a college student coffee is always essential and this biggby is located conveniently right next to EMU’s campus. The staff are always nice and welcoming and the drinks are great. I have been coming here a couple times a week for over a year no and have never had any issues!

I love Biggby and this location . Staff are usually nice though today was not the case. Once my order was ready I went up to grab it and I was told very rudely that this was not my order and it was the other person who just ordered. Mind you I was waiting for 10 mins. I replied nicely stating this was my exact order and had been waiting, this had to be mine. Staff ignored me and proceeded to make other orders. I believe this staff member was being trained today and I took it into consideration she was overwhelmed. Though I was left standing there confused. Thankfully another staff member confirmed it was mine after I was blatantly ignored. I proceeded to ask for a straw, I had to ask MULTIPLE times as she kept ignoring me. Once again I was not acknowledged until the other staff had to step in and ask that she give me a straw. I was confused by the whole situation and do not understand why I was not being acknowledged as a customer. I typically love this location, hope this doesn’t happen again.
