ruined my day, paid for extra boba and was not given it. when went inside to have drinks remade, was given dirty looks and attitude. will not be retuning, hire new employees.
Excellent coffee. First had it in Indianapolis, Indiana and so glad to see it in Michigan. Just wish they also sold some form of pastery to go with the great coffee.
Staff was friendly. We was so excited to see Biggby using A2 Mooville milk in their drinks!!
Such a disappointment if I’m being honest. Coffee at this location was mediocre and didn’t even get the correct order after I repeated it to the worker 2 different times and received attitude back claiming “she knew” lol. They also didn’t give me one of the drinks I ordered and paid for then made me pay for it a second time and the worker threw both receipts out and never gave them to me. Maybe if the workers had a smile on their face and we’re polite i wouldn’t be writing this review. If you want mediocre coffee and a rude “barista” come check this place out!
Currently writing this review while in line in the Drive thru. It has been 50 minutes with one car in front of us still. Thought maybe a lot of people are getting a lot of fancy drinks but it seems to take about 5 minutes per drink. It's Sunday afternoon. We have never waited this long at a Starbucks or Dunkin donuts even on a holiday. At this point it doesn't matter how good the drinks are after waiting this long.
Nice to have coffee shop in town but chai is so sweet its hard to drink. Switched to a white lightning and that's doable. Bragels are so good! Rosemary is always pleasant through the drive
Omg this coffee is the best I have ever had!! I am not suppose to have coffee because of my issues of coming off of it, but it was worth it!!
The brown sugar latte with oat milk is truly a treat. And the customer service at this location is fantastic. Thanks y’all :)
