Iced white lightening!! The Wayland location never disappoints me. Friendly staff.
The staff seemed to really like each other and working together. It made the experience that much nicer to hear them joking and laughing.

Terrible experience. Tried to use 2 “free brew” coupons I got in the mail. When I reached the window, I was told I couldn’t get the cold brews because they “weren’t considered brewed” and that “the coupon is just worded weird”. The girl who took my order then proceeded to say “I’m not sure what to do for you guys” and just stood there. I politely said “you can just switch the coffee out”. It became an inconvenience when I was then upcharged for syrup, so the drink isn’t actually “free” anymore and they forgot the cold foam on the 2nd coffee. So I go back through the drive thru and explain that there wasn’t sweet foam on one of the coffees and the girl goes “oh yea we just didn’t add that because it’s a $2 upcharge and we didn’t think you’d wanna pay that”. The whole conversation I had with this girl just seemed very off and left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess I would’ve been more understanding due to the wording on the coupons— it was very misleading. Now I’m stuck with coffees that taste super watered down and these coffees aren’t even worth the upcharge for the syrups. It’s unfortunate that the customer service wasn’t up to par.
Shouldn’t have to wait in line for over 30 min just to place my order. I’ve been in line since 11:15am and it’s now 11:50am and I’m still 3 cars away from being able to even order. I understand that coffee is different than fast food, but it’s inexcusable to have your customers who are paying top dollar for these drinks, have to wait this long simply because you guys either don’t schedule enough people or won’t hire anymore employees. It might help with turn over if you at least TRY to be fully staffed.

The people that work there always put a smile on my face and are helpful and great at making a white chocolate mocha ☕️ Averi is especially wonderful! Keep up the great work!!
Very slow, everytime I come here to get a sandwich they say “they aren’t doing sandwiches right now”
The staff is always super friendly and smiling. Line is typically long but coffee is great!
This particular bigby is always very slow, also it seems as if I have to repeat myself several times when I order in the drive thru like the mic doesn't work properly.

Same food as another Biggby in the area, but the staff here is top notch. Always friendly and get things done quicker than other Biggbys I have been to near by.

Slow service, incorrect orders. Guess it's the new customer service where no one wants to work and do their job. Prices have skyrocketed and no longer affordable except on special occasion; $5 for a bagel and $7 for a specialty coffee.
One of the best breakfast sandwiches we have had in a long time!
I tried to give this Biggby several shots but this place is terrible!! Short hand (not blaming the one's that tried to stay) Management was terrible from what I heard. I can't say that I ever seen them because they didn't want to come in and help these two wonderful workers that tried very hard to keep up. Line's out to the road, line out the door and no management (upper or lower) would come in to help. I was standing there when she made the call. One of them said just shut it down and go home🤦🏼♀️. The other said they doubt they could make it in. That's some team work you have going on!🤨 I absolutely love coffee and loved Biggby. Corporate if you want to stay in business don't run your store's like the one in Wayland, MI. I work in customer service and it truly is one of the hardest jobs out there. When you have management and higher not listening, helping or act like they care. The job is so much worse! P.S. This Biggby is ALWAYS running out of product!!
I like this Biggby. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffees, teas and food are good. My only complaint is how painfully slow the drive through service is. Sometimes I pass them by because I know I'll be waiting a minimum of 10-15 minutes for one coffee. I would spend more money there if the service was faster.
I have been to this location many times. Each time the staff is more interested in their conversations with each other than fulfilling drink orders. Reminds me of play time at nursery school. If there is more than one can in drive through expect 10min wait time at minimum. Today was my last visit. Wayland needs another option for coffee
