This is the most consistent Biggby in the area! The staff is pleasant and my order is always correct! It's out of my way but I've started making a point to come to this one from OU because I know I'll alway get great service and delicious coffee!

This is the slowest place to get coffee in the entire universe! Numerous times I've been the only one in line, order a REGULAR coffee, and it costs $5 and 15-20 minutes in line. God forbid there's another car, that'll cost you another 20 minutes.
Have been coming to this location for months, up until a few days ago I was told only 2 seperate orders could be placed for one car. As far as I'm aware, I've never visited an establishment with a limit on orders and I've done this for a few months at this location with no issues prior to the recent visit.
Always enjoy grabbing a $3 Latte here on Wednesdays. Would have given it 5 stars but went there to get a latte today and they said it increased to $3.99. That's understandable but why did I just get an email saying it was $3 the day before?
I love this Biggby. Every single employee is courteous, welcoming and friendly! My order is always correct and completed in a timely fashion. I can’t stress enough the breath of fresh air it always is to have excellent customer service that is genuine and consistent. Thanks, to whoever owns this location!
I arrived in the drive thru line at 945am, finally drove out at 1027. It only took a little over 5 min to actually order, the rest of the time I was stuck between cars. None of the cars ahead of me had huge orders so I have no idea why there was such a big delay. When I finally got to the window there was no apology or explanation for the extreme delay. There are 4 people in there working so what the heck are they doing? Skip this location and drive the extra distance to the one in White Lake. It's 100x faster, more efficient, and friendlier!
I paid 10$ for something that should have been rang up 7$ very upset
So I came here for a free latte on my birthday today. I pulled up to the drive through and asked if they were still doing this promotion. The woman I spoke with said I could only get it with my rewards so I proceeded to try and sign up for the rewards. I ordered my first drink and tried to ask questions about the rewards because I wasn't quite sure what to do. The entire interaction was unpleasant. The girl, Lexi, had a very exasperated tone. I understand that they were busy, and I'm sure she was stressed but the behavior was uncalled for. The young man who handed me my drinks was quite sweet. I did not end up getting the birthday reward figured out and just paid for my drinks and left.
This place absolutely sucks. There’s always 10 people “working” the lines take forever even with 2 cars. They never get your order right and when you call to complain they tell you oh well. Don’t go here, I go to Dunkin now and am in and out. Do better, I love biggby but I’ll stick to my Fenton location. Also was a nice long hair in my bragle the last time. Still no help from customer service.
I’ll stop here on my way into work in the afternoons and have always had fast service. Good coffee and I really like the Red Bull crème freeze.
Staff was very friendly, and very fast! Inside the store was clean. This place has many more drinks than just coffee. Great place for a quick first date in the middle of the day. Try the banana berry smoothie or the strawberry shortcake smoothie.
I come here literally almost every day in the afternoons as I work midnights & require multiple caffeinated beverages to make it through the night; not to mention I come in on my days off too..I have a problem. They are so nice every single time. I come here so often they recognize me and probably have my order memorized lol the girls even say hi to my toddler in the back seat. I go out of my way to come to this location because I know I won't be disappointed.

The girls working the counter are super sweet, helpful when choosing a new drink and quick. The Red Velvet with marshmallow is my new favorite.
