I love BiggyBy... just had a more disappointing experience this time as our order was wrong and we waited forever. It was just my mom and I and we came inside the biggby no one else was inside and it looked like there wasn't much of a line in the drive through. We ordered and I was very adamant to have Oat Milk and half the amount of sugar squirts (you guys use a godly amount of sugar) We waited for 20 minutes or more for our drink as the girls only attended the window. Once we got our drinks they weren't even hot and had regular milk and very sweet. Sad because we are on a long road trip with no coffee now
I give up on this location. And you'll be better off going next door to Panera or across the street to Starbucks. It's on my commute in the mornings and my sister and I stop for coffee occasionally. Every time, it is an excessive wait time, like 15 minutes to make both our lattes with no one in front of us. And it's not just on one occasion, it's almost every time we choose to stop here. Other things that need improvement include a better mic and speaker when ordering, staff that pays attention when you order but then questions what you just told them (probably related to the prior mention), and an overall urgency for those in the drive thru. This location needs a lesson from Starbucks on how to efficiently make drinks to get people in and out of line quickly; that's the bottom line. I will say, I have complained about drinks being made incorrectly (lattes missing the espresso entirely, tea lattes made without milk, etc.) and the owner was really apologetic and has sent gift cards in the mail but it's just not worth the headache.
Ordered food from doordash from this place everything was handled unsafely, drinks were uncovered and opened, and food wasn't sealed. Very concerning. Be weary when ordering from here when using a food delivery app. As they seem to not care if your food is handled safely. Order elsewhere!
A fun place just to sit and relax 😌 love the atmosphere and the service is outstanding. Family friendly and my little girl loves the food and coffee ☕️ 😋 thanks for all you do your staff is awesome 👌 if I could give 10 stars I would have a wonderful 2023 big B.
Lively drive through in Standale. Staff is very cheerful, always polite. Coffee is served the way I want, and the baked goods are delicious.
I was there about 40 minutes ago, and I ordered a coffee, a hot chocolate and a build your own bagel. I waited a little bit in line even though I was the first one, and they gave me a coupon, but my bagel was made completely wrong almost where I thought it wasn’t even my bagel.. I paid extra for mine too….. I tried calling numerous of times, but no one would pick up the phone or it sounded like someone would hang up after it would ring for a period of time. I’m not really happy with my bagel and I want to go back and get it exchanged. But I can’t if they don’t answer their phone….
Please install a new speaker so you can get orders correct. That’s the 3rd time in a row they messed up our order. The long term investment might save you from losing customers… whoever manages this location needs help.
Everywhere is short staffed. We get it. Instead of trapping people in your drive through maybe put a sign at the beginning of it saying there’s a 10-15 minute wait. Instead, I waited for 10 minutes to get to the order window only for you to tell me there is a 10-15 minute wait. People have places to be in the morning that’s why we go to drive through instead of sitting in the cafe leisurely sipping on a drink. Get it together lol
This biggby is constantly out of oat milk and apple cider. Not only that, but I don't drive and this location's dining room is closed every other day.
Short staffed but they still provided excellent drive-thru service. Friendly and helpful.
The coffee is good there, the staff is great. Don't like when asked if I would like to leave a tip, if I want to...I will. At almost $7 for a drink, makes me not want to tip.
Went during normal business hours. The front door was locked, no sign, no nothing. Employees inside just pretended I wasn’t there and continued serving the drive through. If this location is drive through only it needs to appear as such and be clearly marked.
This store has made the NO GO list. The workers are very rude. My wife is lactose intolerant. Pretty sure they made the last drink with regular milk despite asking for oat milk. The wife got very sick. The time before that we are pretty sure the oat milk was spoiled. Her Teddy Bear tasted rancid.
30 min wait 4 a $7 coffee with attitude from some grade school kid..never again bro. Keep your doors locked and soon u going 2 b closed like the restaurants across the street

I went to the Walker location this morning only to wait over a half hour for two bragels and a drink. I understand it being peak hours but it felt like there was no sense of urgency for any of the customers time. I had 3 individuals who came in after me get their drinks etc before me and I had to just sit there patiently with a smile. Drink was okay and although the bragels were decent, they weren’t worth the wait.
Really disappointed with this biggby. I was extremely dehydrated and felt very light headed on my way home from work. I didn’t need a coffee, nor a bagel. Just a simple cup of water. But no. They MADE me pay 50¢ for a cup of water. I have never been to a single biggby that has charged for a cup of water, however it seems to me that there are a few “mr Krabs” individuals running the place. My daughter worked here, and she would come home crying from work every night because of how poorly she was treated by the management. Keep in mind, she was only 17 at the time. I am disgusted with this biggby, and frankly they are absolutely the worst biggby I have ever been to.
This location is always out of imgredients and they don't have the new drinks the day they come out
Good stuff, but refused a military discount when other worker knew they did one and said it.
The people working here are so kind, charming, and positive!
