This is my all time favorite Biggby Coffee location. Liz and her crew have always been nice, super friendly in all ways. They have taken the time to get to us to where they can make recommendations that would fit our taste buds. If we forget to order a pup cup they'll remind us by asking if we need one this time. I always bring my friends and family to THIS Biggby when they're in town. I totally recommend going there and saying hello. Talking to them is part of the experience as they're a wonderful crew of great souls.
People that work there are really nice but coffee and food are mediocre and not hot. Couldn’t even finish the coffee.
This location is great and very friendly. Drive through is awkward, but they never burn my drinks.

Biggby is the "friendly" coffee shop and this one lives up to that! It was even nominated for a 2023 Troy Area Customer Service award. Stop in and you won't be disappointed - friendly, welcoming, cheerful staff :)

TLDR: While the coffee is great, the kind employees are why I keep coming back. This is a fantastic place to study at. I have been here a handful of times, and when I walk in, I am always greeted by a friendly person working the register. The staff have great recommendations and even pointed out deals that were available for me to save a couple of dollars. Thank you for creating a nice environment that I can study in. The coffee is pretty great as well.🙂

The staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this location. They are friendly informative and very very helpful! I miss this kind of customer service 😊 and the lattes are great!
Original review: Not very clean. Rude staff. - 1 star Updated review: 12/2 - decided to give the place a second try because I was I the area and I do love me some Biggby. Definitely a better experience this time! I enjoy the free shot friday!! But I was a little uncomfortable about the upselling and pushing of the Biggby Card. Food and drinks were good! Staff was nicer this time! Maybe third time will be the charm?

Walked in this morning and was greeted with enthusiasm and that’s a rarity these days. I happened to have a question about what they are known for and the owner went in depth and even told me which farm the coffee comes from. My bagel and coffee were amazing and fresh. Can’t wait to try it again
When I spring for good coffee (read that as not cheap gas station mud) I choose this Biggby. The (new) owner is friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. The staff is every bit as friendly & unpretentious. I'm happy to see this store making it and continuing to succeed.
