Staff is always super friendly and personable, and although there is usually a bit of a wait (a byproduct of a successfully executed market analysis), it's always worth it... plus, they're dog friendly (my kind of people)

I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders). I do wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck between vehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say. Anyways. I like this Biggby. Location is convenient so I don't have to go into Flushing or Owosso (opposite of work) on my way into Durand.
This is the slowest drive thur I have ever been to and my coffee is never full but the girls that work there are sweet as can be
This place has the slowest drive thru experience. They take forever to make drinks.
Heard them berating and excluding another employee. Very disrespectful, and I later learned that the manager was the one shouting.

Came in for my Birthday Bigby Rewards drink towards the end of the night, and the young lady was SO KIND and wished me a genuine happy birthday. I was so blown away!

I used to love going to this Biggby but in the last six months I'm not sure what has changed but literally every other time I stop at this location my drink/drinks end up being made wrong. It ends up being really inconvenient because I don't live near this location so I end up having to drive back up there to get the new drinks. I'm not sure if they only have one person who wears the headset to take orders, but it may not be a bad idea to consider having more than one person listening to the orders. Even today, I went to get my replacement drinks and they had made frozen ones. I have never ordered a frozen drink as I easily get brain freeze. At least this mistake was easy to see and get corrected before I left.
I love Biggby, especially this location! Every time I have come here, the drive thru had a line and it was a short wait. Plus, the workers here are always so pleasant and kind!! My favorite Biggby by far.

This place started to grow on me more and more, they're always super friendly. All of their frozen and creme freeze drinks are delicious, iced drinks are iffy sometimes but I don't usually get that anyways. Will definitely continue to go here!

Absolutely love their drinks and the pricing for the sizes you get is worth every penny, I always get a butter bear either frozen (frappe consistency) or a hot latte both are amazing reminds me of a butter wet from Harry Potter. My husband isn't a coffee drinker but loves their lemonade with peach or strawberry. Staff is always friendly and quick
