I showed up this morning and ordered a Bear claw latte, I however was wrong and was told it was called a bear paw latte. I then pull up the window and the lady wanted to argue about the name of the drink and gave me a drink in which isnt close to my normal. Shortly after all this I looked up online the name of the drink and its bear cub. I wouldnt come to this location, the employees seems friendly but when waiting for your order you get to hear them talk about how self centered they are

I love love love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the bagels are to die for. Can't beat the coffee, either. 11/10 would recommend.

The car behind me had their order ready & waiting before mine was even started. Had to wait for hot chocolate
This is a nice drive through. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

Rip-off! I paid 4 dollars for a cup of coffee and they can't even fill up the cup it was half full ! Will never go back don't recommend going.
I used to really like this place but as of lately just not up to par, one of my last orders was the wrong size and was not made correctly, the guy at the window seemed pretty insistent on tipping almost making you feel obligated instead of thankful..also watched me accidentally dump my drink on myself and did not offer napkins, I had to ask and he only gave me like 3 little ones for dumping quite a bit, also because if that the last time I went, I was once again asked to tip and I respectfully declines this time and he was very obviously irritated with that. I remember this kid working somewhere else and was quite rude there as well.

I’d rather spend the extra money at Starbucks! They forgot to put the chia in my coffee and then gave me a wet sopped bagel without cream cheese. I paid just over $9.00 for half of what I wanted. Starbucks is more money but you know you’ll get what you wanted.
