Waypoint is one of my go-to places for great drinks, tasty baked goods, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every visit has left me walking away grateful that St. Johns has a gathering space like this with staff who make you feel like you’re a regular, even if it’s your first visit. They keep their menu interesting with rotating seasonal drink offerings and introduce new treats every once in a while, too. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out!
Amazing, uplifting, and incredible staff and coffee. Lots of hard work and dedication put into each and every cup of coffee. And the food here is really good.
Waypoint is a great place for a beautifully crafted coffee, breakfast snack (bagels, breakfast cookie, etc.), or mid-day treat. It’s also a good atmosphere to bring your laptop and work while having coffee.

Waypoint is my favorite coffee shop. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The shop itself brings in so much natural light which makes a great environment for studying, reading, or hanging out with friends/family over a cup of coffee. The staff is my favorite. Every person that works at Waypoint is welcoming, friendly, and takes the time to get to know your interests around coffee/tea to help prepare you the right fit. I have found myself to become a regular and make special trips out of my way to visit Waypoint and try one of their amazing drinks or baked goods. One of the best additions to the growing downtown of St. John’s. 10/10 will always recommend! :)
The lattes are amazing, the homemade flavor syrups make a huge difference. What I love most about this place though, is their customer service, they are always so friendly!

Best coffee and best kombucha!
We really enjoyed the atmosphere of Waypoint Coffee Co. The coffee and bake goods are delicious! I recommend the Honey Lavender Latte and the oatmeal bars. Very flavorful and tasty experience!
I love this place. The coffee is amazing! I personally really enjoy the lattes or the cappuccino. You can taste the quality. 🤗 All the pastries are delicious and taste like you're having a treat at grandmas house again. The bagel and sugar cookies are my fav! The space is bright and the service is friendly and very speedy! I highly recommend.
