Great service. No complaints
I love Biggby but this one has always been a bummer. They definitely prioritize drive thru customers over the ones right there in front of them. I have seen multiple cars order and get their food before anyone in the cafe does even when people inside the cafe have already ordered 15 mins ago. I have waited in this cafe for an upwards of 20 mins once just waiting for a bagel or donut holes that really aren't that hard to take care of. And they have forgotten some things in my order a few times. The vibe is always off, and the baristas always seem to want to avoid talking to you. My sandwiches are always cold once they get to me. I used to work for a Biggby and I know how things should be done. It’s kinda sad because I absolutely love Biggby and I want to love this one but I just can’t. I’ve always been totally disappointed here.
Busy place, but they do a good job keeping things moving. Always good stuff.
Went to grab a bagel for dinner while my daughter was at dance. I stopped in 45 min before close, but was told the toaster was already down for the night. I get wanting to start cleaning early, but a toaster doesn't take that long to clean. I wish the staff prioritized serving customers over clocking out at 8:01pm.
This place is so hit or miss. I can’t even count how many times they have given me the wrong coffee or we have had to wait more than 10/15 minutes to get a good coffee. This morning is what triggered the well needed review. I sat at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and no one ever answered. It sucks because this is the closet Biggby. I guess I’ll try a different location.
I come here every day. Mariah and the other original staff are amazing. Bethany needs to be brought back, she always made our day. The manager brought in is rude. Needs a bit more training in customer service.
Over the years this establishment has really gone down hill. You wait in the drive threw for far to long with only 2 vehicles in front of you and maybe 1 person inside. The workers are rude. This biggby could really use a postive makeover. Not to mention it tastes like your coffee is burnt. When was the last time your equipment got a good cleaning?
Nice place I like going during the week
Kinda bland compaired to my usual coffee treat, overly sweet, no coffee flavor (mocha), but service was good
This one was super fast and loved our coffees and cookies!
Staff are always friendly. Service is decent. Bathrooms need a good cleaning.
Great staff! Healthful with dietary drink options. Fun. Great conference room area. Very clean. Large front porch to sit and relax on andorondak chairs.

They are fast and friendly. I wish there was a bigger selection. The atmosphere is pretty good. Obviously a chain type coffee place.

The drinks are ok at best but the service is by far the slowest I have ever had at Biggby. I would not recommend this one if you are in any type of time crunch.

Fresh made coffee and tea. Very fun seasonal flavors. I am new to Michigan, and had never heard of biggby before, but I am very satisfied. I love to grab a bit of caffeine on our way into town for groceries sometimes. They're always friendly and quick.
Warm inviting place to hangout with a friend and grab a good coffee with diverse flavors. Staff were very nice.
