Normally, I give this location five stars! I love my regular girls,They always get my order right but it seems lately whoever is picking up their shift just doesn’t care. Very very slow. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes to make a coffee.
Service is always good, friendly, and better yet...SMILES 😄 you can't find that at your fast food chains anymore.
All the way around amazing! Love the people who work here. Absolutely love the coffee!! I won't go anywhere else for coffee!!

Thank you Bigby South Lyon for doing such a great job on the coffee and hot chocolate for The Dance Centre’s production of the Nutcracker at Millennium Middle School….. every worker was kind and courteous and the product was awesome ❤️
Don't go here if you have any restrictions on food. We told the workers not to add chocolate in a drink due to an allergy and they ignored this and did anyways. Would have been easy to not add it or suggest a different drink they were not busy at the time. I do not recommend this particular location when I messed them about it they sent a generic thabks for reaching out texted and didn't even apologize for getting the person sick.
Asked for an ingredient to be omitted due to an allergy and clearly specified it was due to an allergy. We know they didn't do this because the person got sick. They made no indication that they wouldn't be able to do this.
It was six in the morning and the young lady at the drive thru window was a doll. I was in a loud truck and just told me to pull up to the window. Took my order and executed everything I asked for and extra.

Since the new owners took over, it’s been horrible. Order is wrong every day. Today I got two bottom half’s of the bagel. Latte is NEVER right. Very very disappointed with the new owners. I would not waste my money here.
It is seriously overpriced for watered down hot chocolate. The staff was fantastic but I don't see how people pay that much for a drink daily.
Great locations WITH A DRIVE THRU!! There can be a line up at peak times, but everyone is always friendly and cheerful, even when you can see that they're insanely busy.
Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for my requests. This is my regular stop every week I'm in town.

I've had drinks messed up twice by this location, and the staff once literally told me that a hot chocolate was the same as a decaf mocha; I think they just didn't want to redo it. Not pleased with this location. An update, different day: I've been sitting in the drive through for this Biggby for at least 15 minutes. This is ridiculous for drive-through coffee. Another update, 2 years later: Once again, I've been sitting in the drive though for this location for at least 15 minutes. I don't know if this location is just understaffed or under trained. I may stop coming here entirely.
Very friendly staff! I love the red bull freeze plus I love asking the cashiers what other drinks they recommend and I have found some new ones that are really good!
