I just love the coffee at Biggby! It's so much better than Starbucks. I love that they have sugar-free caramel, and even when I get regular sugar, it's not on overload. The staff were very friendly, and suggested a great choice for a sandwich.
The staff here is amazing... The management is super friendly and helpful!!!!
The ginger green tea was very good, the vegan sausage bagel was alright.
We went through the drive-thru. We love their coffee. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars is their service. The drive-thru is extremely slow. Everything else is fine.

I just got one of the energy drinks ask the girl in the drive-through if it was made with bread bowl, she replied back with no but she could make it that way. It came out phenomenal. The service was so friendly. I’ll most definitely be back for this exact drink.
Found out I need to come on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the best bang for my buck lol I nearly had to do a double take the first time I ordered a latte. Absolutely loving the teas though and even happier they're supporting a local business.
My Order was fine but I came thru the drive thru and I was getting a bragel it was 5:00pm on a breezy Saturday afternoon and the barista told me she couldn’t make it because they turned their toasters off due to them closing in an hour! I seriously laughed out loud lmao exactly u close in an hour so make my damn sandwich now lol I was nice but that’s just ridiculous, I had them make it and I just warmed it up at home but not very professional!
The girl working the drive thru today (9/17/22) was so incredibly sweet! My drink order was accidentally mixed up and she realized it before she even handed it to me, I had said it’s fine but she insisted she would make a new one. I really wouldn’t have minded and would have taken the first drink she made. She just smiled and remade the drink perfectly anyway! That’s the kind of customer service most places are lacking these days. I hope the manager and/or owner appreciates what a good employee they have. That sweet girl definitely makes this world a brighter place 😊
The drive up server was very helpful describing menu items I wasn't familiar with. The ginger green tea was very good, the vegan sausage bagel was alright. My mistake for getting the "everything on it" bagel. Both were suggestions that I will get again with minor changes.
Girl running the drive-thru at 430p on 9/6/22 was condescending and rude. She must not realize that she only makes herself look foolish with such behavior, probably very lacking in self-confidence. Might be good for business to have a talk with her.
Jordan working at 8:15 on 8/31 is a true gem to your business!! Great communication skills and managed chaos with no problem with kindness and understanding. Organized and multitasking without a hiccup. Watched her in astonishment. Don’t loose her someone will scoop her up quick. With the current workforce problems she was a refreshing surprise! Thank you Jordan!!!!!!
