They're drinks are amazing but this is literally the slowest biggby I've ever been to. Beyond ridiculous wait times.
I normally come here with no issues. Today I came and they give me the completely wrong drink, and the employees were so rude even though I always tip them. I come inside to order another drink and the b-tch inside has such an attitude. I’m never coming back here after today, this drink they gave me is disgusting and full of coffee grounds. Thanks for ruining my day bigby. I want my money back.
Although service has slowed significantly, I gave 5 stars because of Shannon. She's the "Flo" (from Progressive) of Biggby. She remembers everyone's names & fav menu items. When she's there, service is the best & fastest. She also shares a bday w my child. Give this woman a raise!
Always takes 20 minutes plus no matter what you order or how long the drive thru line is. Just sat 30 minutes at the window AFTER paying for a bagel and a freeze. Sandwich was burnt on outside cold on inside. Blows my mind for how ridiculously priced everything is. Don't have these issues at other locations.
Great place to grab a cup of coffee, or visit with a friend. I enjoyed stopping here.
Man it’s a shame I see so many bad reviews. I go here multiple times a week and never have a bad experience(knock on wood). The staff is good. A couple of times my order was off but they fixed it with no issue. Drinks are little more expensive but wayyyy better than Starbucks or Panera down the street.

Every time we go here we get reminded by one of the employees that the store is a franchise and they don’t have anything that corporate BIGGBY has? I thought all big bees were franchises I’ve never went to one that doesn’t have the normal menu items. I just think this location can do better.
It was my first time at this location, (been to many, I worked for the company for 2 years) I asked for a vanilla tea latte, we even verified at the window “vanilla tea latte” -which should just be the tea bag and milk, and I got a vanilla bean latte. I don’t/can’t drink coffee and was looking forward to a warm tea latte for a sore throat. It was free and they were closing in 45 mins so I didn’t bother going back. But I won’t go here again, something so simple couldn’t be done.
Favorite place , nicest employees and they take their time it's worth it
This is one of my favorite Biggbys, even though the parking lot is irritating. The people are always nice and the service is good.
They always forget my extra turkey and they charge for it too,but I still love my drinks
Poor customer and the employee have very rude nasty attitude. I am also disappointed on how the manager deal with my replacement order that they mess up twice. I am not coming back her no more.
The worst Coffee shop I ever be to. Races. And Poor customer service. The cashier Give me the wrong drink 3 time and got upset with me and told me that she can not replace my drink for the third time that she mess up. I ask to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and did not care to hear what I had to say about my order. I would not come back here ever again.
Elderly mother purchased drinks in drivethru. The drinks were not fully placed in the carrier and unfortunately my mother didn't notice and the fell out of the carrier and all over her car. Called and explained the situation and asked if we could pick up fresh drinks to remedy the situation, and was told "sorry, gotta buy new ones!". We paid good money for these drinks, and are not even asking for a refund - why can't I at least be compensated with a fresh beverage so I can enjoy what I paid for? Contacted corporate, so we will see what is done. Sad customer service - was a barista for over 10 years, including a biggby barista, and would never be this petty towards a customer, even if they dropped their drink outside!

I don't go to biggby often, ive only been a handful of times in my life. This location might have been the first location of theirs I'd ever been to when I decided to try their coffee drinks finally. I was really overwhelmed and confused when ordering and was completely lost on what to get. It's really cool, fun, and interesting to have to many options but I could definitely see and/or understand how some people could possibly feel really stressed while ordering and just randomly pick something under pressure, which im pretty sure is what I ended up doing lol. The drink was fine if I remember correctly but whatever it was I wouldn't get it again. I always plan on coming back and find myself looking at the drink menu at least once a week, trying to decide what I would actually get if I went there, but I always end up the same way, overwhelmed. Then decide not to go get anything at all even though I want something I just don't know what lol. But one day I'll make it up there cuz I really do want to find the right drink because they make everything sound so delicious
