Love this location, The staff and the atmosphere, if you need coffee in the Rockford area, This is the place to go! After a changeover of management, I have to edit my post. Shifts seem very short staffed. Wait times in both drive thru and foh are usually extensive. The quality of service just isn’t what it used to be.
Rockford biggby is awful, you will sit in line for an hour easy. I’ve been sitting at the front of the drive through for 15 min and haven’t talked to anyone
Not a coffee fan but frozen hot chocolate is great and service is outstanding.
There's such a high turn over here that the service is always disappointing. I feel bad for being harsh but everytime I go they make a mistake on my order..

Waited 30 minutes in line, wasn't given straw, coffee wasn't made right, when politely telling them I was approached with an attitude. Never told my total either.
Literally every time we come here they get our order wrong to an extreme. Other places might forget adding something, but they just give you the completely wrong thing here every time. We waited over a year to come in again and decided to give it a chance hoping they'd changed staff or something, but no. They still gave us drinks that didn't even come close to what we ordered. Neither had double shots, or the flavors we wanted. I'll drive the extra miles to go where they actually Try to get an order correct.

If you are looking for coffee and a bagel in Rockford skip Biggby and go to Herman’s Boy instead. I waited for several minutes for someone to help me, there was no staff to greet me. No kindness and no thank you or good bye. Bizarre rude little coffee shop. My coffee and bagel are $6 downtown but $13 here.
Shame on me for coming back here after the last 3 visits resulting in no order because they were out of what I ordered at 8:30 AM. 45 minutes for 2 cold brew drinks with 3 cars in line is unacceptable.
The line is absurdly slow; that was the biggest frustration. Nearly 30min and there was only 1 person before me to order. Next, they didn't offer me a tray for my 6 different drinks, though they did immediately oblige when I requested. Lastly, they gave me my drinks (again, all 6 were different) with no labels. I need to be clear, everyone I spoke with was VERY kind and working hard. I don't actually believe anyone individually is responsible for a bad experience. I feel this was much more a lack of training and overall workflow. The systems in place seem lacking. This was only my second experience, but the first was similarly slow and talking with various other people and they all say the same. Anyway, the drinks were great and the team members were polite and helpful. Just need protocol improvement.
They always have good coffee and their bagels are usually pretty tasty. They are often out of the vegan options for food though and they close often outside of their hours due to being short staffed. The inside is just kind of drull.

Great coffee at a great price. The staff is always nice and pleasant... But they always seem understaffed with long wait times.
Actually at the ATT store, not Biggby....Looks like I this app will not let me post this experience without a rating. Giving a 3star only because of this reason. PS: I am not much of a coffee person either 😕.....
Stopped in on Black Friday and they were packed. Staff was friendly and stayed positive!
