New to the area.. been the 3rd time I've gone. Was out of alot of stuff but I figured I'd try something new. I got the pineapple Strawberry boba.. gross! It was so sour that it wasn't even salvageable. Lucky it was Wednesday and that one was free so I did have to toss it. But my iced white lightening coffee was not any better. Not sweet and very bitter.. Definitely will be sticking to McDonald's or Starbucks coffee since my visits to Biggby at this location wasn't the greatest.

Drive from Kalamazoo to Plainwell for ice storm power outage day two. Cold, tired and hungry so drive here to this Biggby location. Both young men working were so very welcoming and very down to berth, made my day thank you ❤️
Poor management, not one of the employees seems to have the owners number or is willing to contact them, moldy bagels were a problem, will be contacting corporate to report their store

Stopped to get a coffee through the drive thru on my way to work Friday morning. The lights were all off. I look at the hours posted on the door, it says this location opens at 6am (online it says 5am). It's 7am, and they were not open. I don't go to Biggby often, but this has happened before at this location. When they are open, they are extremely slow.
Bring back the one manager James he was the best I herd u let him go booo booo always was busy and always had orders right now u can't even open the lobby ☹️
There’s a new lady that was working today and she was very very rude. Told us we ordered something we didn’t.
I’ve been here 5 times in a row and I asked for a regular cosmic chai me and my sisters all asked for a cosmic chai also so many times it’s always the same girl and all the 5 times she gives us mocha instead of a cosmic chai she gives us mocha every single time idk if it’s on purpose but it’s getting ridiculous
My chocolate mint latte wasn't hot it was more warm than anything

Coffee is good but every now and then it takes a long time for them to get your drinks
Asked for extra hot coffee's and they were barely warm. Had to turn around and go inside to have them get it right. Ridiculous for $13 worth of coffee
