Terrible! Just went there for BOGO Wednesday. Said could only have 1 drink as they ARE TRYING TO WEAN PEOPLE OFF BOGO!!!!. ALL other Biggby in Muskegon honor bogo, without limit...NONE are trying to "WEAN" BOGO and it officially ends next Wednesday...signs are posted at all locations. This place is terrible and they don't get the order right when they do take it.
Problems at my usual location so went here. I didn’t get the Wednesday BOGO although they had the sign which said Next Wednesday would be the last BOGO day. 😢😩
Too slow, I often decide not to stop because there's 8 cars in line.
they took so long and there was only 2 cars ahead of me and they didn’t even make my drink right.
My order was wrong AGAIN. Come on, get it right. I asked for an egg on my bragel. No egg. AGAIN.
Past two experiences, every order was wrong and was charged for items we did not order nor receive. Every member was confused and had no answer.
Went there with my family. Got to the window the girl with brunette hair in a pony looks grumpy as we handed her our coupon and points card. Then this girl waited as if she told us how much our total was, we had to ask so we could pay properly. Then when I got my drink with no boba and no ice, like I ordered, they give it to me half full. I asked them to fill it up and get another person to proceed to argue with me. If she isn’t a morning person get her out of there! No one should treat customers like that!
