Always love stopping in at Biggby
Horrible experience with the blended Carmel coffee and doughnut holes I would never try it again because of the terrible customer service 1st and last time
UPDATED REVIEW: These guys are great. They've sped up a ton, they're polite, and the drinks are great. OLD REVIEW: They're sooooooo slooooooow. I don't even like coffee I just go for my girlfriend.
Love the Niles location
The niles location never lets me down!!!
Normally everyone at the Niles location is super friendly and polite. Not the case with the girl at the front window this morning. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I said yes, she acted like it wasn't enough. Got real short and rude with me. Enough that I'll go elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing.
coutomer service was very accommodating, and the bagels were very tasty...

Personally don't enjoy the coffee, I prefer a bolder taste.

Ordered a drink without mocha and espresso and was given a drink without the espresso but it had the mocha and was missing the topping it was supposed to come with. Tried to explain that they messed up my drink and was treated like I was stupid.
