Women at the cash register got an attitude because she was sitting there on her phone scrolling on Facebook and talking to her coworkers. I understand taking a break because of being busy, but to ignore costumers then get an attitude? Don’t go here if you can avoid it.
Rude, slow, and most night crew looks drunk at register.
My amazing and beautiful sister works here! Her coworkers and herself are pretty up beat and happy; ready to serve their customers with smiles. Great customer service ladies and gentlemen!!!
Love that their open 24 H! Staff are amazing very helpful, and kind! Looking forward to returning in a few weeks! Their cookies are amazing I recommend the snicker doodle, Everything, and the peanut butter reeses pieces (Their all good but those are my favorites)! The coffee is so delicious thank you for having International Delights French Vanilla, and Hazelnut! Very clean, and they have a bathroom and free air thank you so much please continue the great work!
Edit 01/01/20 Two employees with masks on, one with mask around their chin. Six people in store without masks. No one was asked to leave or wear a mask. So rating goes up 1 star, but you're still not following guidelines. Edit 11/03/20 Not one employee had a mask on when I pulled up to the pumps (visible through the glass front). Didn't even bother, left without getting fuel. Original Up until Covid-19 this would have been a 5 star review. Always friendly staff and clean bathrooms. However, after being in this store at night and the clerk was not wearing a mask and that they do not enforce the mask rule during the largest outbreak of Covid-19 we've ever seen in this country, I'm afraid they've lost some points. The gas discount is nice but there's no way to get it at the pump.

Had a great experience. Coffee choices were incredible and prices were great. We got 2 - 20 oz fresh ground coffees and a thermos filled for under $4.00. We will stop here everytime we are in the area.

Very clean gas station. Store had everything I needed in a pinch! Lady that works there at night when I was there is extremely Rude and inconsiderate.

Very clean, nice gas station! Has lots of options for snacks and beverages. Friendly staff, too! And the only place that is TRULY 24 hours in probably a 50 mile radius!
Unbelievable. I just went back to this store after the EBT CASH discrimination with corporate offices. Apparently Katie didn't get the memo. You can't fix stupid.

The only time I get gas here is when I travel to Newberry, since I live in the Lower Peninsula. I don't go in the store because I pay at the pump, but I've never had a problem getting in and out quickly. The gas station is on the main road so it's easy to find and also easy to get in and out of.
Very clean well stocked store. Older lady on the night shift hates her job and has no problem letting everyone know it. Tried being friendly to her but she just kept having an attitude and complaining about how busy they were. When I said u guys are the only place open for miles, her response was " fu**ing rediculous." Way to make the customer feel welcome.
A nice store with yummy items inside. Gas pumps are easy to use.
