We're here now Sunday morning, been waiting in line for 15 minutes now..well I'm in the get away car anyway hope it's good!
Staff is always friendly and helpful The drinks are very consistent at the Newaygo location. The building is ALWAYS clean and sanitary.
I find it very unprofessional to ask me if I want to leave a tip out loud. A tip for what? The drive thru is for convenience. Just be mindful. You could just give me the card reader and I’ll leave one if I wish.
Unless you are willing to take 20m of your life out back and shoot it for a black coffee. Dont Go Here! Like Others have Stated for almost a year about this place they are CRAZY SLOW! Never in my life has a coffee "stop" felt like i need to make reservations for the time i spent there. They are super nice and i've almost posted this before, but every business has an off day or unexpected rush. EVERY SINGLE TIME, Core Training by management or understaffing is the problem here. I will drive to Fremont or Sparta it might actually save me time.

Things started out nice when they first opened. Unfortunately, as time has gone on, the quality of the coffee has diminished to the point where if you buy a biggby in Newaygo go a little south buy the same drink at another biggby and there's a significant difference in taste. I don't believe that they're putting the right amount of espresso and or coffee in the drinks or the baristas are not trained properly on how to mix. Save your money!!

Drive thru staff was amazing, she was currently by herself when I went through, she was on her game. Way to go. I did not wait long in drive Thru for my order
Super fast service, accuracy is amazing, and they're always friendly! I always leave a tip, I read others don't like leaving card tips, but I love it because I don't feel comfortable carrying cash around! Awesome store and I love doing my school work here as well! I definitely recommend, everyone is among here and it's always clean!
I treat myself to Biggby at least once a week, typically on Wednesday when they have BOGO. This location started out very slow, as is expected with a new business and teaching new staff. However, in the last few weeks, the Newaygo location has really stepped it up and has gotten way faster with their service and wait time. Very impressed with that! The only thing I don’t like is, they ask if you want to tip them, each time you use a card. This probably gets them more tips, which is smart, but it seems weird and I am still not used to it. It appears a lot of businesses are moving in this direction, as they aren’t the only ones doing this. But, they also have two jars out with a tip note on them, which can be fun and is appropriate, but I don’t like being asked if I want to tip. Just seems strange.

Haven’t had bad service from the employees. However, they are so SLOW. I’ve been there several times, and every time they take forever. Somewhere between 15-30 minutes in drive through with only 3 cars. I know they are a new location and this could be lack of training.
The bagel sandwiches here are the best. Always super friendly service. Usually not much of a wait.
I love their products but tried to conduct a meeting inside. Music and staff were so loud. We had to leave because we couldn't hear one another.
Very pleased to have a BIGGBY in newaygo , I do a lot of work out this way so I’ll drop in for a coffee and bagel one the way to a job. The staff are always great here and my order is perfect every time
