Coolest building in Munising with excellent coffee and friendly atmosphere.
Very solid single origin roaster. Or at least the beans appear to be single origin. Good Ethiopian pour over and espresso
This is a hidden GEM! If you’re anywhere close to Munising this summer, add it to your list of must-see’s. Don’t let the name fool you either, they offer a full cocktail bar too….complete with top shelf choices including Empress gin, my personal favorite!
A little hard to find initially, there's a big sign on the North side of the building however, you're going to want to look for the little awning
Beautiful space! So gorgeous, and of course they knew what a miel was and made it without question. (A latte with cinnamon and honey.)

Delicious pour over and iced latte! What an awesome experience with beautiful decoration, a knowledgeable barista with a kind heart, and a full view of the roaster and coffee beans they use in their own shop. So cool. Love this place, and would come again for sure on my way up to Marquette!

Such a gem for the small community of Munising! I had a fun time here for the comedy night that we just so happened to stumble upon. I would recommend adding this spot to your list for Munising 😌
Not a huge coffee fan, but David got me hooked on the Cold Brew. 🤤. Cold brew and a muffin have been my mornings lately. The littles love their hot chocolate and breads.

Great cup of coffee. Also a fun event venue. The schedule is on their Facebook page. Alcoholic beverages available during events. Limited coffee shop type food.
After visiting several times I’ve given up. I really want to love this place because it does have a great ambiance however the past three times my husband and I stopped in we’ve left so frustrated. The most recent visit we chose to stop after staying at a nearby hotel where there was just kurig coffee, but sadly the coffee we got at the Gallery was watered down and flavorless, super disappointing again. And then we were basically ignored by the barista who was to busy talking to friends, making us feel like we were a nuisance. I think she spoke three words to us. The customer service was like this on more than one occasion from different employees. We wanted to support a local coffee shop but won’t be stopping here again. Yeah it's a nice space but poor customer service and tasteless coffee make for a bad coffee shop experience.
This place boasts not just great coffee, ambiance; as well brings amazing talents in the evening served up with any drink you could ask for.
Looking for a decent place for coffee in Munising MI as we were heading out of town. We definitely found it! Great coffee, great prices. What was the really outstanding was the setting!!!! Beats the heck out of any Starbucks you will ever go to. Ample of comfortable seating, hundreds of framed photographs of UP Michigan. It shares the space with a bar and events venue. Unfortunately it was late in the season so did not have an opportunity to go the the bar.
Outstanding coffee shop. Would expect to find it in a much bigger city, like a college town. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great artwork.
