flavorful food with vegan options w/ bar
No matter what meal you choose, you can't go wrong! It's all so delicious 😋
Yikes. A friend and I went to the bar for breakfast/lunch and the service was rough. When we sat down we weren't greeted. We waited 15 minutes before we had to ask for water. We waited another 20 minutes before we had to ask to order. Had to ask to get my water refilled. What should've been a 45 minute quick lunch turned into an hour and a half of a lot of waiting. We understand the guy was new but it seemed like he was just left in the weeds to figure out everything by himself. The food was average. I got the breakfast tacos and the corn tortillas were wet and floppy making it hard to eat. The other servers seemed nice (which the new bartender was nice as well, just lost) and were trying to help out the new guy the best they could. It seemed like the lack of training was just setting him up to fail. Unfortunately we won't be going back since this is the second time we've had a mediocre experience.
Love it here. Definitely the best vegan/vegetarian options in Marquette! You do have to wait a bit longer because the food is all made from scratch, but it is totally worth it. Prices were super fair for the quality. Great atmosphere with art and plants everywhere.
It's a an awesome place but not the Greatest acoustics to wish for if you happen to be a migraine sufferer. I wish I could have stayed for the food but a nearby Karen wearing perfume triggered my wife's migraine... And so alas I had to leave... But from what I got to see of the place was pretty neat and full of nostalgia. The food looked pretty edible and smelled delicious so I thought I would leave a review here. Hope to see you again for an actual meal soon. I will post an update once I get the chance.
Me and my daughter came there today. She can't have wheat so when she saw that almost every item on the menu had a little gf next to it she was so happy as she is usually very limited. She had a grilled cheese and fries she said it was excellent with a great cheese pull. I had the half sandwich(the cranberry turkey one) and mix greens. I loved it you could tell all the stuff was made in house. The waitress was very nice I think her name was Bella she was very sweet. We will be back
Mediocre at best. I had really high hopes after reading other reviews. We waited over an hour for our food. When I finally got the Bloody Mary I ordered after waiting 30 minutes it was watered down and bland. Biscuits and gravy had a very odd flavor. Service was super show.
Food is fab, one of the best breakfast places in town!
My dish was very yummy I had the basic breakfast with chorizo and a hot chocolate. My boyfriend ordered biscuits and gravey it was not gravey yuck it was thick like oatmeal and not enough to moisten the biscuits it did not taste like gravey his meal was very over priced $17 for biscuits and gravey with 2 eggs. Our server gave us less then the bare minimum we were not thrilled with our experience.
Wonderful food, overall great experience with staff :). The pesto grilled cheese is the best I have ever had.

Can't say enough about this awesome place! The atmosphere was chill, the food was creative and homemade and interesting and delish!! I had a very hard time deciding what to get! And the service was fantastic - friendly wait staff, drinks and food came out quickly! This is going to be my new place!
Underrated for dinner, I always thought of Bodega as an amazing breakfast joint, but have recently realized how amazing the lunch and dinners are as well. Super cozy, and delectable food. :)

Absolutely delicious! There's a bit of a wait for the food BUT it is SO WORTH IT. Highly recommend the Cuban Sandwich! Best we have ever had! I mean EVER! Service is top notch.
