I love the coffee here. The trivia on the chalkboard is cool too. Service is always great 👍
Usually really great service, today there were employees sitting in the counter tops, and talking to each other pretty loudly about not work appropriate topics.. I had ordered a crème freeze and when i corrected the barista she got snippy and proceeded to tell me that is not what i had ordered when she had read back to me my order and it was correct but still proceeded to hand me the wrong drink and told me i never ordered a crème freeze.. maybe it was an off day for her but that’s no excuse to be snippy with a customer and sitting on top of counters where drinks are made.
Came through the drive through this morning for a black forest latte, and the person taking care of me was just so awesome. I didn't get their name, they had short hair and glasses and a cool septum piercing. Thanks for being so kind and cheerful this morning. And the latte? Perfect. You guys always do such a good job here.
The biggby brand is good. this store wasn't that clean. Service was mediocre. Didn't make my latte as requested.
Latties are great - not really known for there food
I ordered the Teddy Bear and a sausage, egg, cheese bragel. Both coffee and food were delicious. Batista was professional and friendly.
Asked for turkey bacon cheese bagel and got egg and bacon
Tried to drink this but it was so bitter and burnt. I asked for extra shots but I drink espresso over ice so should have been fine. I am not from here but it was the most bitter coffee I have ever had in my life I had to drink water after every drink.
Ordered a frozen drink with chocolate chips. Barista informs us as she was handing us the drinks that they were out of chips so she used syrup instead. Please ask first next time.
Spent 25 minutes trying to explain to the employee what the difference btwn a quad espresso and small coffee was, then the coffee was Luke warm, booo! Then they couldn't break a $50 bill and we had to dig up change to pay them. I threw the coffee out, was a waste of time and money.
This is the WORST BIGGBY'S I have been to! Not only do they not fill the cup, they barely put in the ingredients! My kid is going to college here in the fall and will be switching to Starbucks for the time being! Btw the one is a Boba...can't tell? That's because she used a teaspoon to get 1 scoop out!! Also dress code is horrible..since when are bootie shorts appropriate? Blue undies btw...I believe the name was Skylar? Horrible! I should've taken my tip back!
First time here & the coffee was amazing! I got a frozen mocha caramel latte & it was perfect! I was skeptical as im picky about coffee & being from Minnesota I love my caribou, but this is now on my radar. Thank you biggby coffee I will be keeping an eye out for you next time I'm traveling 😁
I use to love Biggby. When they first came to town I was so excited. I've always gone to Biggby when I'm downstate so having one here was amazing! The staff were all so friendly, coffee was excellent, store was clean and the drive-through was fast! None of that is the case anymore. The coffee almost always tastes old and burnt and it's always got grounds in it. The staff changes over all the time and they are not friendly. The drive-through is AWFUL! I just went there today. 2 cars were lined up at the window I was at the order board and told they would be right with me. I looked at the clock and three minutes later they were still not with me. I left. Sadly this isn't even the first time I've left without ordering. I went next door to Dunks. The truck that was behind me at Biggby was still at the order board as I drove away from Dunks with my fresh hot coffee. I do know that staffing is limited and people are having trouble hiring and keeping people but I've also worked jobs like that myself and a little customer service (the kind they used to have) and good fresh coffee would go a long way. I'm pretty much now a Dunks customer... and that makes me sad because Biggby used to be so good!
Biggby always has good coffee, great flavors and the servers are always kind. The prices are competitive to other name brand coffee shops.
I wanted to treat myself after a long day of work so I asked the barista for a hot coffee recomendation. She was so patient as she asked me a few questions & I left with a sweet almond coffee with almond milk. I added an everything bagel with cream cheese. Sweet & salty who could ask for more?! The barista is quite an asset to the company with her helpfulness & friendliness especially for a 7am request. I wish I remembered her name.
If you’re going to raise the price and have the most expensive coffee in town, the quality better match! Better luck at Holiday Gas Station and way more affordable.

Twice in one week they were out of eggs, when there is literally a super one next door, maybe there is an egg shortage but I’m positive when I go to grocery stores I see them there. And of course you still pay full price. No coke or Pepsi products. Not very smart considering you can get all that 15 feet away at Dunkin’ Donuts, which is where I will go from now on. Also 12.06 for 2 sausage egg and cheese bragels, while at Dunkin’ you can get 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels for 6-7 dollars, so an extra 5 dollars just for a smear of cream cheese. It’s so overpriced, only day it’s around the same price is tues when they are 40% off, it takes 40% off to even match Dunkin’. All for cream cheese 5 dollars more that’s pretty ridiculous.
I come here a lot to get a bagel, they're so good. But I'm allergic to eggs and even though I make sure to say "just sausage and cheese, no egg or creame cheese", they mess it up a lot. When I hand it back to get it remade they get visibly annoyed...sorry I'm allergic ?
So expensive. I usually get chai lattes and mine was over $6 for a medium drink. And every time I have went it taste like I’m drinking warm milk, I don’t think any chai was actually added. I will be going to dunkin from now on.
