I always hit Biggby when I'm in Ludington.
Used to visit this Biggby often, but recently it has gone down hill. Cashier is friendly, but the barista was rude. Ordered 2 of the same drink and one of them had very little flavor. Neither drink had any amount of whipped cream, most of it melted before We got the lids off. No other customers inside and the store/countertop was very dirty. Not sure if management has changed recently at this location, or what is going on.
The one in manistee that just opened was amazing service and great coffee and my son gives a 10/10 on the magic milk
Always love my Biggby! Love the 'secret' online menu. Baristas are always friendly. Love the BOGO on Wednesdays!
There is honestly one newer employee that has ruined my experience at this place over the last few months. It's December 26th at 6pm. Everytime she takes my order it's messed up even though I repeat it to her multiple times and she repeats it back to me how I said it and 9 times out of 10 it's wrong size and wrong frozen or hot. I don't understand how you repeat it back to me correctly and then it's rang in wrong... It's to the point I won't even go when she is working because she is so ditzy I don't want to deal with it.

Always familiar faces & welcomed genuinely, precisley why I choose Biggby over Starbucks across the street. A personable hello, and interaction while in exchange recieving an amazing "Dessert Paradise" a sentimental drink, Gpas fav! Reliving a perfect memory every visit, thank you for being my local spot!
When I say DELICIOUS I mean it!!! Truly great drinks and amazing service. We enjoyed it so much we hunted down another Biggby Coffee along out route. My wife says the Caramel Apple Cider is the best. I enjoyed a creamed London Fog tea. Anyway you go it's so worth it!!
Have never been pleased at this location. They have always messed something up within our orders. This last time was the final straw and we will not be back. Heading across the road in the future to Starbucks however I will still support other Biggbys

Bigby Coffee staff are some of the friendliest and personable staff I had at any coffee shop...they make me want to go get a coffee there knowing I will be treated with respect and greeted warmly.
While I do with they had more food options, you can't beat their variety of coffees. Friggin' delicious.
Stopped for coffee on my way to work waited in drive thru 20 min behind one car, one person ...I pulled to the window and asked how long it would take because of waiting 20 minutes I'm late for work they refused to serve me ...I'll NEVER go back
I usually come to this location mid afternoon. Apparently that’s the only way to get decent service. I decided to come inside to order as I didn’t know what I wanted. The cashier greeted us nicely and said she would be with us in a moment. After taking a couple cars orders we ordered and had a seat in the lobby. All the while the two baristas were standing within view loudly going on about their personal lives. The cashier was asking for help the entire time as they were supposed to be making the coffee.. 10-15 minutes later they decided to start working. The line of cars was wrapped around the complex. Still complaining and talking about things that were not appropriate with customers around. The cashier asked a specific girl to wait until a better time to talk about these things. She didn’t. After about 30 minutes my boyfriend decided to step outside because we were being swarmed by flies and had them constantly lading on us the whole time. Soon after our drinks were ready. One being the wrong size and the other being the wrong drink.. A drive through order was also wrong. When I mentioned it not being correct the barista got snotty and made a deal of it. One was fixed, the other I just left with. NOT IMPRESSED. At least 45 minutes wasted on the wrong coffee and listening to someone’s drama.

Frank and I stopped in this evening (9/10/22) for a coffee and had a lovely conversation with the two young women there! Absolutely the best customer service EVER!! Thank you to both of them for the chat. And if they are reading this, we know that you both will go far in life and you are instrumental in making positive changes in our world. Don't go there if your in a hurry sood at counter for 10 min. For 2 black coffees. Watched three cars go thru the drive thru before we placed our order.
Very slow. Outside speaker hasn't work in forever. If you have 20 min to half hour to wait go for it.
