The people that work here are always so pleasant and kind. My drink order is always correct.
Jonesville Michigan Biggby is clean and the staff are always pleasant and professional. My only complaint is they are very SLOW getting orders out.
I've only used the drive through and had coffee, but service is always fast and friendly, and the coffee is excellent!

WILL ABSOLUTLEY NEVER BE BACK TO THIS BIG B LOCATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHEN I WENT FURTHER TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MANAGERS THEY BASICALLY SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY. TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I’m not going to give a bad star review, the service here is great as always. but this morning when I ordered my latte and bagel with cream cheese, I was handed a bagel wrapped in aluminum foil and cream cheese on the side. And completely threw my morning off. I come here all the time and every other location plus the cream cheese on the bagel.
Love there staff always friendly 🙂 and remember who I am. Great Coffee.
Website states open until 8pm. I arrived at 7:45pm and no lights on and no cars. Drove completely out of my way. Very unprofessional to not update your customers of open time changes.
I have always loved my experiences at this location of Biggby. The staff is friendly, quick, polite and professional. My daughter (4 y/o) has always wanted to go inside instead of the drive through. We did today. She wanted ice cream (at 10:30am), but the Milkster Nitrogen Creamery isn't 'in motion'. The young ladies were so patient and accommodating to my daughter's young "wants". They gave her a few options to choose from and just removed some of the caffeine ingredients. She was SO excited to leave with her new favorite "blue slushy" drink from Biggby. The ladies made sure to tell me what the drink was so I could order it again in the future. Please make a new FB page, btw!

Fantastic service here. Seems like a small thing, but speedy, friendly customer service still makes the visit. Coffee was fresh, prices were Biggby standard.
I wouldn't recommend going to this biggby, they like to tip themselves on top of your drink prices. Not sure how a medium hot latte can cost $7.78. Also they didn't offer a receipt so I can't even check the charges, I ended up calling another biggby to see how much the drink would cost and I was right, it was about a dollar off. Thanks biggby.

Bigby’s “Summer Sip” Brown Sugar Latte . . . my co-workers regret. She spent $6.03 on a 16-ounce iced version this morning. The flavor did not wow her and the 16-ounce cup, once the brown sugar latte was added to the ice, did not render 16-ounces of Brown Sugar Latte. Isn’t this the story though? The price of convenience does not guarantee a satisfying experience. I used to be a Starbucks daily. Now, I grind my local Ad Astra beans that I picked up at Market House for my morning cup of joe and could not be more satisfied. I paid $10 for the beans, which will last me probably two months . . . and my car will go 32.2 miles on $6 of fuel. Even better.

Staff is nice and helpful. But coffees are never consistent. They are either good or really bad. Definitely over priced as far as quality.

I know,, I know. Like we need ANOTHER coffee shop around here, but this Biggby ( US12 just east of downtown Jonesville ) is absolutely, hands down the best and it all has to do with the staff,, er baristas!!! Very friendly and always with a smile..
