Speed of service is Atrocious. Don’t come here unless you have at least 45 min to wait. That’s when it’s not busy
Great customer service! We were traveling from out of state looking for a bit more substantial breakfast offering than other fast food nearby. Drive thru was fast, and they found us a coupon to use. Will plan to stop in whenever we travel in the area!
This place started off great when it first opened, service was a little slow but definitely not as slow as it is now I never get what I order something is always wrong no matter how many times I come through. The managing is horrible, they get drinks wrong over and over and fail to fix their mistakes. Will never come here again. Kayla has given me multiple rude remarks over her own faults.
The workers are so nice they recommend amazing drinks their although the manager is a bit rude I really recommend they get a new one
I LOVE the Hudson Biggby team! The workers they have currently are super nice and you get what you order with great taste and customer service! They all seem to get along and work together as a team. Its always very clean and organized and I love that they remind you if it's free shot Friday or other deals or specials. Well worth the little wait to get your custom beverage. Highly recommend!!
As it was a great place, till they got clicky and wont work the ppl we love to serve us. First Manger left and it went down hill fast under the new one. All my friends are very bummed to not see the good sevice and smiles from employees they wont work. Sadly ppl will stop going. Sorry friends.

Staff was super nice but I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks with 2 cars ahead of me. Don’t go if there’s any kind of line lol
