If you want the best croissants in town, this coffee shop is the place to go! They also serve delicious smoothies that make you wanna come in every morning.
Love that they offer a discount for emergency services people.

Most everyone here is super kind and great service. There are just a couple that need better customer service skills. The entire morning crew is fabulous!!!! I personally do not like the espresso here, but I do drink the brewed coffee and the non-espresso drinks.
Quick and cheap if you get the daily special!

Biggby Coffee is my occasional treat since moving to Michigan almost a year ago. And not one of their shops have ever disappointed in coffee flavor, or service. Everyone that I have encountered has always been kind and helpful.

Coffee not sweet enough
They removed the lounge pictured above,This was one of the nicest Bigby's around. From Ohio to surrounding Mich. They have now expanded the gym in to the lounge area ,The conference rooms still exist, Follow the ugly burnt orange long hall way through the back door of the dining area. There's two to be used by appointment. Coffee is still good coffee just less plain flavored coffees sans the sugar .

Super fast. Super friendly though the drive through. Love a good Michigan Company and love their coffee. Always a discount for nurses and special drinks on nurses day!
I was stuck in a long line, but they remained calm and polite. That speaks highly of the quality of workers there. Even when the customer behind me was being a complete jerk, they still continued their excellent customer service. I tipped them what I could because that takes some strong will power. Hell ya to the team there, especially the gentleman who was taking orders in the drive-thru today! 💕 keep it up and don’t let anyone get you down!
