Super friendly staff who made my drink pretty quickly!

Lady was nice they were out of everything I wanted.

Very wonderful staff this is the first time I stopped this location

Did online order did not confirm it after 30 minutes and said I still had to wait. Yet barely a line in drive through or inside.

I just want to say I have been to a lot biggby coffee’s and this is by far the worst location in Lansing. The staff doesn’t have any good customer service skills they do not greet you at the drive thru window. They will have side conversations instead of making a rush on your order and making sure to make you feel welcome to there business. This location needs better training for the staff and a better manager running this location or it’s going to keep going down hill.

If you want to wait a hour to just get the drive thru window. And not be greeted at the window this is the spot for you. The girl with the brown hair working the drive thru window didn’t even greet me right away just was looking out the window for five mins and saw I pulled up but couldn’t say “ hello” or how are you or anything. I would rather take my business to a place that cares about there customers.

I come here pretty often with my husband whether it's the drive through or inside. Always worth the wait!!

The lines are long and the staff makes many mistakes on my orders. It really is hit or miss for long wait times and good service.

This is the only location I've been to thats repeatedly bad about 95% of the time I think they need better training or something? I don't understand how they can be so bad for so long. I just got a scuba thinking simple enough right? Tastes like flavored water and they didn't give me a straw big enough for Boba so no matter how high I put the straw one seems to get stuck on the bottom of it waste of money again I give up

Boy after reading some of these reviews I am completely shocked!! So many people complaining about how slow service is yet service everywhere has been a problem since Covid when no one wants to work. 🤷‍♀️ These girls work their butts off!! They often get rude customers, people complaining and even stealing their tip jars yet every time I stop in, I am welcomed with the warmest greeting to the point that I refuse to go to any other Bigby!!!! From the management down, Haslett Bigby has the best employees by far!! So to the negative reviews,… maybe YOU had an off day? To the person whom left the review about hearing gossip from one employee to another,… seriously?; that happens at EVERY work place!! Cut these girls some slack, most are young, maybe even their first job for some? Either way, I enjoy their smiling faces and will give them 5 stars ALL day ANY day!!! Kudos from me Haslett Bigby staff!!!

Slowest biggby in the area. Have spent 20min in line waiting for two vehicles.

Drinks were made perfectly, and the girls during the afternoon shift were wonderful!!

I love coming to this Biggby!! The workers are so friendly! I always look forward to seeing a special group of girls! >> Morgan, The Ella’s, Emma, Amber, & Rory!!! There are too many to list them all!! Hehe ☺️ I also think Alex is a very awesome addition!! The manger Lindsey, is the most sweetest person to speak with… Keep up the fabulous work guys!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, my favorite drink is the iced Teddy Bear 🧸 🥳 & they make it perfect every time :)

Mint mocha with extra shot was made perfectly, and the cashier/barista was awesome.

Everything comes out correctly, but they never seem to have enough staff and wait times get VERY long throughout the day. Cost saving only goes so far when it causes long delays.

I visited this location the other day and overheard a disappointing conversation. the barista- im certain her name was amber (based off of the trivia board) was talking awfully about her coworkers!!! I ordered a bagel and sat down in the seating area behind the wall. im not sure if they didn’t realize I was there, but I could for sure hear their conversation. i’ve always received amazing service from GG, so it was disappointing to hear her coworker amber talking about her so negatively. as a former biggby employee, management and store owner needs to get it together before I report them to biggby corporate or better business bureau. this is just the tip of the iceberg of problems they have.

Fun location in this old bank. The staff was great and I loved the coffee. One drawback of the fun layout is the inconvenient window setup for the drive thru. It's a little tricky to navigate.
