The service isn't the best I feel like they demand a tip out of you even though the coffee already are so pricey. My coffee was so terribly watered down and when I called to ask for a refund they told me I needed to immediately turn around and come back or I wouldn't be able to get a refund even though I drive past here every day and I was running late for work. I won't be returning.
Great coffee.
I visit this biggby and another one near my work. I prefer this one because of the drive thru and friendly staff. Quick and easy in and out of parking lot. Coffee is always hot and delicious.
I just want to thank the awesome human that helped my sister out this morning. She had forgotten her wallet this morning and felt so terrible. I don't know your name, but I cannot thank you enough for helping her out.

I love lattes, but the best part of it for me is the whipped cream. This might seem like a small thing, but I swear this biggby is the ONLY coffee place in the area that consistently gives me whipped cream on my lattes (even if I specifically ask for it at other places they forget it) 😅. Again, this might seem small but to me it makes all the difference!! That tells me they pay attention to the details which can make or break your coffee order!
It was not welcoming. The seating was for children not adults. The coffee beverage I got was awful and I threw it out.

I have been to this branch many times over the 12 years and I would highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is terrific. My drink favorite is the butter bear.
The baristas are the rudest I have ever seen at a Bigby! They would not take a screen shot if the coupon I had, so I went on face book to look it up showed it to her and they still would not take it because of screen brightness. Handed me my drinks lids were not attached. I asked which were the reduced calorie one vs the reg. Ones and got a 5 min lecture on how they dont put topping on the reduced calorie ones. Instead of just saying the reg one has syrup on top. I said there is no reason to be rude and they said "you dont need to come back" dont worry I wont be. I buy bigby every day $30-40 orders. I am camping in Hartland for 3 weeks, and do that frequently through the summer I would rather get speedway coffee than deal with their rude behavior. My regular Bigby is Pinckney and they are amazing the coffee is great! I highly recommend going to the Pickney location instead.
These are the rudest employees ever. Especially for biggby. If you can't handle working in customer service. Get a different job! Sad management allows this for their customers. They never get your order right on top of that. Then they are extremely rude when you say your order was wrong. I will not be coming back to this one.

I’ve only been there maybe 5 times, but I’ve never been treated nicely. Not once. I think the staff is trained to NOT make eye contact with anyone. The drive thru gets faster service, which is understandable to keep the lane moving, but they could at least take the time to look at their IN PERSON customer and treat them kindly. I actually dread going there and that’s a new one for me.
The girls are rude and argued with me that something on the website was not what the website said it was. I showed them the proof on my phone and both girls were nasty. The drive thru takes forever also.
I came in 15 minutes to close while they were busy with the drive-thru and I got service and out within 5 minutes. They also made the best cold brew sweet cream that I've had. I wish I would have gotten a name, but she wore a gray sweater and was drinking a purple smoothie. I'll definitely be coming back 😁
Fast friendly service even there was a steady stream of customers. Mmm Red Velvet Latte, don't miss it!
We really enjoy Biggby now that we are back in Michigan. The staff at both Hartland and Fenton locations are top notch.
Lovely baristas. Very customer service oriented. Try a medium hot chocolate (with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle) for $5.75.
Drive thru was OK. Next time going inside.
Way overpriced but that's all of them. Food good though.
