This restraunt is one of the best in the area for breakfast. I got a croissant bacon bomb, that is a choice of bacon, eggs and cheese. Large enough serving to fill me up the whole day. The service was astounding. I would recommend to anyone who want to get a good meal and service.
The Lake Michigan club is fantastic, highly recommend! The staff is also amazing!
In the top 5 breakfasts we have ever had! Biscuits and Gravy were so flavorful. The Biscuits were fluffy and crispy!! Sausage patties were delish!

Amazing service!! Very friendly and quick service, took time to explain each meal and let us know the deal! The bagels are amazing very soft and fresh, bacon is the best and it is all very fresh. Would recommend if looking for a quick bite for breakfast/brunch!
An actual hidden gem! The sign visible from the street is for the motel, so careful not to miss it. Excellent bacon and pastry. Super friendly staff, too!
The owner recommended the chicken salad crossant with couscous salad, and it was excellent! Also the pepper turkey slim club is delicious! Definitely will stop by again and be recommending it to those passing through the area! We ordered take out and the owner was nice enough to bring it out to the car. 👍

The dining room is very nice, super clean and comfortable. We had BLTs with the maple bacon. It was very good. And if you have room the chocolate cupcakes are delightful !
We stopped in here thinking it was still dream land and wanted to grab a pie but turns out that they have new owners and a completely new concept. We came back with our in-laws the next day for breakfast and coffee and everyone was happy with thier food. We all got what the guy had suggested which was the Croissant bacon bomb (? I think that’s what it was called) So good. The coffee was excellent and we can’t wait to come back and try different sandwiches! Definitely check it out!
This place amazed me. Excellent food unlike the rest of the dining options in the UP. Upscale restaurant with great coffee. Had the Yooper Bacon Bomb on a fresh croissant with Applewood smoked bacon, delicious.
Great new breakfast spot for the long drive east to the bridge. Stopped in and got a bacon croissant, cinnamon roll and hot vanilla latte to go. The sandwich was made fresh and I was still back on my way in 8 minutes. The food was excellent - it’s definitely my new spot to hit for a morning treat!
Delicious meal (I got the bagel bomb with hickory-smoked bacon) and super friendly and attentive staff that are excited to tell you about the menu and coffee offerings. Four different types of bacon to choose from and six different cheeses (including aged gouda, yum). Coming from Brooklyn we can be snotty about bagels; happy to say their bagels were excellent. Super yummy and looking forward to returning.
Wonderful Cafe and restaurant on route 2. Incredible bacon options on all sandwiches and solid coffee. Try that 'sassy' sauce!
