We've had serious bad experiences here. Two to three hours before closing floors are mopped and chairs on tables. We took chairs down and were told when we were done to put chairs back on table, in a very rude tone. We saw a gal throw a rag at an elderly man when he spilled coffee so HE could clean up his mess. I reported online and got an email response that I'd hear from the manager, and never did. 🤷 This has been months ago, and we rarely go here now since there are other good options and another Biggby fairly close.
It's a big bs attached to a gas station. We only got drinks, and they seemed to be struggling that day. But they still got then out and they were good. They also have a drive thru at this location.
Ordered a Mint Mocha with a sweet foam and free shot of expresso:) I t was really good! Very friendly staff!

They handle the morning rush well. Even with 8 cars deep and guests in the lobby the wait time isn’t terrible. For good or bad this location stays true to the recipes which I am a fan of. Prices are what you’d expect to pay at any coffee shop. Quality is a little better than Starbucks but not as good as some smaller coffee shops but convenience and better pricing comes at a cost sometimes. Overall Biggby (the Greenville store in particular) is my go-to for my caffeine fix.
Always a fun stop for a treat! The girls are great and make the best cream freezes!
Coffee was awesome as expected. Chose drive through , Couldn't be heard properly. Asked for drinkable temperature, was hot instead. Sandwich was a bit cold . I prefer warm food and drinks that don't burn my mouth. Politeness was given at window.
Used to love this place and I bought coffee here about 4 times a week. NO MORE! Someone who works here used my credit card info and bought themself something to drink. When I called the store, I was told this was impossible and they hung up on me. Thing is, I had never used this particular Credit Card anywhere else.
35 minute wait time with only 5 cars ahead of me

Great big new bigsby and gas station. Restrooms are closed and turned into storage. Move on to the next place Don't bother stopping.
I hate coffee but love my daughter so I stopped. Atmosphere inside was not friendly at all.

Didn't wear my lipstick to this date to get F'd. $8.15 for a latte? Never again. McDonald's always at $3. I only get scammed one time to learn.

Came here to do homework and in my time here I watched a coworker get a big attitude with another worker very unprofessional she was just trying to help and the other girl snapped at her. Then later another person came in and has been running drive through and is on their cell phone the whole time he’s been here. Then begins making fun of and mocking customers that are in the drive thru while other customers are in the lobby hearing everything. Words were “oh my god if she’s going to be so picky you would think she would Atleast know what she wants”. Very young disrespectful works here.
The morning girls have the rudest customer service here. They’ve rolled there eyes at me after I told them I asked for no whip cream because I’m allergic and they put it on anyways. My boyfriend had to wait 10 minutes to even order & while noticing their just standing around talking he says “excuse me, could I place my order ?” And they instantly came at him and told him if he has to wait more than 5 minutes than he shouldn’t talk like that… super weird. I prefer to go when the evening people are there.
Just stopped in and grabbed a couple coffees to go. We’re regulars there so they knew us lol!! But they just didn’t know what we wanted this time! It’s a great place to go for a coffee of some sort and the workers there are just like friends
