Regular occurrence that I come thru at 615 to a store that opens at 6 and they still aren't open. This morning when I tried the door I could see the employee sitting in the office with the drive thru headset on sleeping in the chair. So off to Starbucks again because this happens almost every morning I try to stop.
Two weeks in a row now I've stopped here and tried to order a drink and been told they were out of some of the ingredients. I'm not aware of any shortage, since I've been able to order this drink at other stores. Seems like they could do better at ordering necessary supplies.
I called to ask what was in their vegetable spread because someone made my order wrong and I had an allergic reaction. Not only did it take awhile to find out if they had the allergen in the food, but the staff member I talked to snottily said "HAVE A NICE DAY" and hung up on me when I said I didn't want the sandwich remade due to the error and just wanted them to pay closer attention.
This was my first time at a biggby and I was pleasantly surprised at all the different flavors ,staff was friendly
My barista was very polite and conscientious of the quality of service she was giving. Very polite and caring
I find order correctness is hit it miss here but the staff are freindly and the line moves quickly.
I love Bigby Coffee! Their drinks are always spot on! The staff is always courteous and polite!!

Stopped in to get gift cards and they didn’t have any? How do you not have gift cards? Wow.
They were locking up half an hour early when we arrived, but kindly let us in. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough shake, very sweet just tasted like a bunch of sugar was dumped in.
My wife makes me go here. Overpriced and over sugared. Gut rot
I walked in stood there for roughly a minute or 2 no hello I will be with you in a minute or anything. Granted they were working but still just acknowledging a customer is pretty high up there in customer service aspect of things or should be so I just walked out. I have gone to Starbucks just much as Biggby and Starbucks customer service and efficiency is a lot better and prices are less. Even the Biggby by my house had been less impressive to me lately.
Great drinks, great bagel, great service
I am used to the Coopersville Biggby where a greeting other than "what do you want is used" and the ladies aren't bothered by customers asking them to do their job. The drinks are ok here that's the only thing keeping me from just not going. I don't like to start my day with rudeness
Service is good. Looked like a slow day.
Went to get the new shark bite drink. We got four and we saw another person get one. None of them(5) had blue raspberry in them. They were all just strawberry. And the lady's working were not friendly or professional at all.
I got a bragel a few days ago for the first time and it was SO good. I had to get another today! I get oke and the the guy working doesn’t put any cream cheese and that was like the best part. so i asked him if he put any on there and he says, “did you want some on it?” the menu literally includes it . he was acting as if i had to special request cream cheese on a bagel.. and when he put some on he barely put any and was just rude. the girl who took my order didn’t look happy and just said what she had to. makes me not want to go back.
Good food and beverages but a bit expensive
There is nothing bad to say about this place. Great service. GREAT COFFEE!
