Came back here because I recently remembered their INCREDIBLE bagels from years back when I used to work in the town, and decided to make a morning of it and try the connecting coffee shop too. Both the bakery woman and man at the coffee counter were very kind. Him especially, he showed patience, kindness and offered all solutions for what I was trying to get to drink. I did not end up liking the coffee but I think that’s just because I chose house brew with flavored syrup in an almond milk froth. The fancy drink probably are great! Anyway, I brought my cat and they were all for it and welcomed us back open armed. If you’re around the area, stop in! Cash or check only! Super affordable. Under $5 for both my coffee and bagel with cream cheese.

First time visitors... Pet friendly on the coffee side of business...even had water for the dog. Great prices and tasty coffee specials. Service was friendly and efficient!

The woman running the Rye had closed this side early because “she was the only person there. Bring cash because they don’t accept any other forms. Hopefully they will be open when we go again

The Elbow room itself is very cool. Nice seating & decor, friendly staff, reasonable prices and of course the frappe i got was the perfect cold drink after a bike ride.

The ambiance is top notch. Very cozy. Shelves of books are probably untouched, but give the illusion of having time to savor a good one with a cup of coffee. Delightful! Service was neither friendly nor unfriendly. As for the coffee itself, the Sumatra was good, not great and pretty warm, not hot. There are some delightful places to sit, but all tables are small and have two chairs. If you're coming with more than that, it may be difficult.

Best of both worlds—inexpensive coffee that tastes AMAZING. I went 2 times while I was visiting the area from out of state. Both times I received wonderful service.

Good coffee, but cash only is a bummer when you don't have cash on you.

What type of business only accepts cash nowadays? I feel like that's probably some kind of tax dodge.

The bakery and coffee are excellent! Take cash, they don't take cards.
