I ordered a large white mocha with cold foam, and as soon as I took a sip of the coffee I got a mouthful of coffee grinds and hard sugar, and the drink itself tasted horrible, so bad that I literally spit the drink out so I wouldn’t throw up. I talked to the owner of the store and he remade the drink for me and it tasted exactly the same. I walk outside and realize theire is still coffee grinds on the bottoms of the cup in the coffee and it tastes the same. Will never go there again! Don’t waste your money go to bigby!!

When I fist started going here it was wonderful...but I started back going in February 2023 the energy changed and the drinks and staff have been giving me a upset stomach bad🤔😔
I don't normally like any coffee at all but I actually loved their black and white frappalatte. The decor is simply amazing good style for sure.
Great place to work study. WIFI is great and the table stations are nice for laptops. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and timely. Coffee is consistently good with the prices being normative.
I come here just about every morning. I usually come through the drive through, but today I decided to come in. Well, sad to say, I waited for someone to acknowledge me for 5mins. They literally made all of the drive through orders before the male decided to take my order. The female with the short brown hair seemed to have an attitude. It's cool. Starbucks is right down the street. Oh yeah, I got here 20mins before I have to be at work right down the street. I will be late now. Thank you Coffee Beanery. Sooooo, I asked for my money back so I could just leave and get to work. They told me I could only get a free drink card. Don't want it. So I ask has my d4ink even been started, male smiles and says no. After taking care of a few more drive 5hrough orders he decid3s to make the cappuccino. They are out of butter pecan. So salted caramel it is. Why after all of this HE GIVES ME THE MOST WATERED DOWN DRINK EVER! YOU CANT EVEN TASTE ANYTHING! IM SAVING IT UNTIL I GET OFF OF WORK AND IM TAKING IT RIGHT TF BACK!
I used to love this place. My favorite is the Cafe Carmel unfortunately the last two times I was at The Coffee Beanery my drink taste like old coffee with extra cream. I couldn’t taste the Carmel, they didn’t even put whip cream on it. I paid over $5 for my specialty coffee I don’t think I’ll make this visit again. I feel I might of well go back to Star Bucks! I am very disappointed with my whip cream less Cafe Carmel!🙁
Workers were very rude and made my drinks completely wrong and then refused to re.ake my order or give me a refund. Will not ever be returning here!
Well, I would've given five 🌟 but I went to pick up some of their coffee bags to take home and the doors were locked@ 4:45pm on a Monday. No store hours on the door. Someone was inside but made no effort to say why doors were lock front and back. WTH😤 Great coffee if you can get it.

Service and food was amazing, I had the pleasure of my order being taken by Arianna, and she did exceptionally good in ensuring everything was to the highest of quality.

I’ve never left a bad review in my entire life lol, but I asked for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small, and I asked for cream too and they basically gave me black coffee. I then asked for more and she still gave me back coffee with barely any cream at all and at that point I just left but I’m not even going to drink it because I don’t like black coffee so it was just a waste of my money. I am very displeased with my experience here. The barista was nice but I do not understand how she thought that my coffee had cream in it.
Totally just fine with the service this morning at coffee beanery waited 10 minutes for my coffee wrong coffee first of all secondly we was priced twice for $33 which we only ordered $8 drink so we had to wait another 3 minutes for the coffee with another minute or so for the coffee to be made so we waited a total of 12 minutes at this coffee place for one cup of coffee totally dissatisfied but then we had a lady at the end by the name of Jay that was pretty mouthy I wouldn't suggest nobody I wouldn't go back and I'm not even a coffee drinker

I visited the Coffee Beanery today for the first time and the service that I received from Ariana was amazing! Not only was she nice and respectful, she was extremely patient and explained the menu items to me. I ended up getting a strawberry fruit smoothie and it was very delicious. I will be back! Great prices, food and service is what we need more in this world. Thank You!
Love their coffee! Cookies are soft and warm. The staff make sure you get your drink how you like it and are very kind to their customers. I've been to many coffee places and they're by far on top of their game. I've recommend them to friends and will continue to!
I used to work next door to Tim Hortons and would always walk there for coffee. Last time I went in there, the man told me i couldn't be in there without my mask...while he was talking to a man with no mask....so i left and came here...I wish I would have discovered this place sooner. As soon as that code hits my tongue it's a complete mood shift. I always know it's going to be good and right, unlike some other previously named coffee shops. The employees are always so friendly as well. Love this place
