I have to admit, I have been a Starbucks girl for a long time. I recently received a Biggby gift card, so I gave them a try. I have been there twice now and both times the service was incredible. I wasn’t really sure what to order the first time and the barista helped me figure out what I might like. I got an ice coffee with light hazelnut flavoring and cold foam. It was very good. Their cold foam is VERY creamy. The second time I tried the honey cinnamon vanilla latte. I am now hooked. It was so good. I had it with oatmilk and light flavoring and it was perfect. The espresso isn’t as harsh tasting as Starbucks. It’s smooth and delicious. Biggby now has a new customer!

Best coffee shot in town!! There customer service is awesome they perfect my order everytime and go over and above! Like routine I order my honey cinnamon vanilla latte and ice water extra ice extra lemon ...always start my morning with a smile ☺
Great coffee, specialty drinks, and bagel sandwiches.
It's expensive but super super good so balances itself out haha.

The service at this location was horrible, product tasted horrible. Coffee was cold and frozen energy drink wasnt made properly therefore it didnt taste good. The cleanliness of this location was definitely lacking too. Counters sticky, spilled items on counters, wrappers all over. Floor dirty and bathrooms were beyond filthy. Definitely wont return to this location in the future.

Very good customer service
The staff is always great! Today they created a coconut, chocolate, and almond deliciousness for me. From now on, I'm just going to ask them to surprise me.
Barista made the wrong size... Took my cup back added more espresso and milk. Then shoved it back at me. Never asked if I wanted it remade. Did not adjust the syrup. It tasted horrible, I ended up dumping it out. Waste of money and a good tip!

Bagel sandwiches are amazing. Constantly out of pumpkin spice, drives me crazy cause I don't buy a lot of coffee...maybe double order your supply? Lol. Oh well, alternatives are more than satisfying.
