Came here on a whim, GREAT COFFEE!!! I got the ice lavender latte and it was amazing. Staff was super nice and restroom was clean! I recommend stopping in if your in the area.

Excellent staff, very friendly. The Bananas Foster latte was amazingly good (I had it with oat milk) and the breakfast sandwiches were above average. They also have a great outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!
This place gives family vibes! Each month there are two drunk specialties so you will never get bored with options. The food is good, just wish more pescatarian options. The staff is friendly and always smiling.
I got the egg and ham croissant sandwich. It was big and delicious! Very cool local coffee shop! The parking lot is small but easy to get in and out of.

Just discovered this local coffee shop! Such a homey vibe and the people that served us were very kind! My brown sugar latte was amazing, and my husband and I enjoyed their breakfast bagel and a panini. You can tell everything is made fresh. We absolutely loved our experience and will come back again!
This is my favorite cafe I've found since moving to Farmington Hills. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is soft and welcoming. Plus the coffee is good too! I haven't tried the ice cream yet but its on my To-Do list for this summer!
Super good coffee drinks and snacks. Well worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Way better than the corporate chain coffee shops.
Some of the friendliest owners/baristas around. Cozy, homelike seating area with plenty of space. They recently added fancy Fraser Teas. I ordered the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel with turkey, and it was quite good.

The biggest reason for the 5 stars is that the staff has always been friendly. Have some different flavors of ice cream than the usual, plus the standards. Yummy.

I have been searching for a great latte and finally found it. After 8 years in Northern California and never having to stop at that big “coffee chain drive thru”, I was distressed that there just did t seem to be any independent, family-run coffee shops near my home. Today, while driving home from the auto dealer, I just happen to have seen this little shop on 12 Mile between Middlebelt and Orchard Lake, tucked in across the street from the old high school How lucky am I? I had a breakfast bagel sandwich to order and a latte to take home. Color me happy! I’ve finally found my, close to home, coffee shop!!! Thank you Farm House! 2023 is going to be a great year!!
