I come every two weeks, the service is so great 👍. The teas are amazing, I recommend this for all tea lovers
It was good for a long time used same debit card always never got charged more blond lady tells me because my card is to thick and card reader won’t take because it’s metal she has to type it in and it will be charged 3%.
Not a fan of the bubble tea recipe here for just traditional black tea with cream and tapioca pearls. It tasted like straight cream (so almost flavorless) and a tiny tiny splash of tea. The drink was also almost pure white in the cup. Kinda the opposite for flavors of a tea based drink. To make sure I wasnt crazy I had all 3 of us in the group try it, and we all agreed. Since I have a house nearby i really was hopimg it would be a hit, oh well. I will give a positive note and two stars though for the girls working that day. They were very sweet and helpful. So service wasn't the issue just the actual drink.
Delicious coffee/tea. Lots of options as well. Comfortable atmosphere and right in the middle of the town.
Lattes ordered were all terrible, tasted burnt and somehow thick. Go to the coffee shop across the street if you want coffee drinks. I give 2 stars because maybe the tea is great.
Nice tea Shop My daughter and I came in today and Bought honey bubble black Tea with lemon syrup and I bought a dirty chai latte.
Relaxing stop to enjoy a nice cup of fresh tea! Plenty of options for all tastes.

I was just there and ordered a hot chocolate and it was just hot milk! I asked if they could add a little more chocolate because it didn’t taste right and they said yeah but it’ll cost me more. I didn’t have the money to add the chocolate that was supposed to be there in the first place because I tipped! Very disappointed I’ll be sticking with Susie brews.
Had a handmade raspberry iced tea, very good, tried bubble tea, good, but an acquired taste...

My mom's favorite place in East tawas. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is great. I don't like iced tea so I love that they also have a variety of coffee drinks.
Absolutely awsome little shop their bubble tea 🧋 is out of this world 🌎 my fav is superman, then they have awesome coffee and other teas 🍵 and drinks also some awsome wraps and sandwiches 🥪 10/10 recommend you making a stop here is your in town!

Two words: bubble tea! If you've never had it before, you don't know what you're missing! I took a friend here that doesn't like tea at all and treated her to her first ever bubble tea. She loved it! With so many awesome combos to try, you'll want to keep coming back for more.

The downtown area is cute, And The shop itself is a nice area to hang out in. My main purpose for stopping in was to purchase a drink so that I could use the restroom while traveling through town. I did purchase a hot tea, and the worker was able to deliver it very quickly, and she also was very polite while delivering my drink and many other customers that came in at the same time. My biggest complaint was that this was a restaurant they did not offer their customers a restroom option. As a Michigan restaurant owner myself, I have always understood it that restaurants were required by law to offer restrooms to their customers. Perhaps things are different in northern Michigan? Truthfully, I would not have purchased a five dollar tea that I did not really want, unless I was on the hunt for a restroom. Out of professional courtesy, I try to avoid using a companies restroom unless I am purchasing something from them. To the owner, I would recommend opening up the use of the accessible restroom that is locked in the back all of your establishment. To the general consumer, if you’re looking for a bubble tea or looseleaf tea, this looks like the place to go in the area.
